A lot of classes ACs don t work so it s too hot inside that I can t even focus.
The books in the bookstore are overpriced.
Also it s really bad for engineering majors they have very few instructors and the labs and workshop are poorly equipped. The library closes very early. Also, the certification is very broad you don t get Mechanical Engineering for example instead it s just a bachelor in science with a major in engineering
I recommend avoiding it and go to a better one even though I graduated from it.

Senior just trying to graduate. I ll start off saying I won t be referring my children to this institution on the future. They care very little about their education and a lot about their athletics. I haven t learned anything in the last 3 semesters, so I m just paying for a piece of paper with my name on it. Not for a professor to teach me. I have nothing but hate for this horrible institution, I just want my piece of paper with my name on it that I have paid $50k for. Did you know mcneese is building a new campus police station? They have a perfectly good one on the mcndonalds side of Ryan street, im paying extra for that by the way. They will do that to you many times too if you go to this university.

Mcneese alumni here and there are just as many friendly helpful people as when I attended

Very nice people. Was a little unorganized, but we were a day late for check in. Other than that, it's peaceful

Great campus! My daughter is in her sophomore year a great university in a small town. The ability to achieve her academic goals and pursue her career and be right at home is a wonderful thing both personally and financially.

I visited this school to take an exam since I live in Houston currently. The staff that I interacted with were helpful and friendly. Very quiet campus

ABA Program is remarkable.
If you have a child that is in need of services for Autism, this is where you need to go. These are highly dedicated teachers. This Program works! Their techniques work! It's all been scientifically Proven. School is open year round, for those on the Spectrum. This is so needed with them.
