I purchased an OEM Philips replacement bulb for my Samsung DLP TV from MI Technologies. The bulb failed within only a few months, and upon contacting MI Tech, they were able to track my order in their system and put in for a warranty replacement. However, they required me to return the broken bulb at my expense and required a tracking number for the returned bulb before sending the new one. There were some delays for the bulb to get into the USPS tracking system, and I had to contact MI Tech multiple times to prompt their tracking my return to release the replacement (they basically told me that they were too busy to check the tracking number without my calling to remind them), but MI Tech did honor their commitment to send the replacement. I requested that they expedite my shipping to compensate for the delay in tracking my return, which they did. I received the new bulb and all is working well now.
