MGM Resorts International (Gold Strike Casino Resort/ Beau Rivage) Review

It's just a wonderful place to be to gamble to enjoy yourself and have a great time come and check it out then you'll see what I'm talking about

Certain machines are my fav.they pay out good 2 & very beautiful

Beautiful Rivage was absolutely beautiful. Several stores to shop, the buffet must be great the line was out the door when we went. They offer slots and table games. Hugh floor plan. Goregous fixture and decorations are very tastful. Plenty of greenery.

Always great! Love the shows, food delicious. Just wish casino had more non smoking areas with same machines.

Don't check your temperature. Casino hostess was supposed to give me $50 food credit and never did. Awful comps if you get any at all

Hotel and spa needs to be updated. Hotel lobby too. The casino is up to date though. Rooms are clean. But looking worn and dated.

Just had an adult weekend at the Beau! We did our research and thought the Beau would be a good fit. Let's start off with the good - the hotel puts off a clean and fresh vibe when you walk in. The casino is nice and felt clean as well. Lots of games. I preferred the casino here over the hard rock and the golden nugget which were the only other casinos we went to this trip. The hard rock has too much smoke and is loud. The golden nugget is dirty and people are rude. The rooms are big and nice. Bed is super comfy. The AC gets super cold. The shower pressure - amazing! I loved the separate bath tub and stand up shower. The only thing I have to complain about is the pool. I picked this hotel bc of the pool and we wanted to relax by it during the day which, unfortunately, didn't happen. The pool was so crowded you couldn't enjoy it. There were zero chairs for us to get at 11am. People were holding chairs and weren't even there. So we had to stand up. They close the pool if they see a streak of lightening up to 18 miles away which - surprise! - happened both days we were there and the pool was closed for hours. So put aside the annoyance of the crowd and zero relaxation - the pool was filthy. The water was extremely cloudy and had bugs, toilet paper, you name it - floating in the pool. I felt disgusted and just went to the room. I also wished the rooms came with a mini fridge. I was disappointed we didn't get one for the money we spent. The overall crowd here is an older crowd. I don't plan on staying here again. I will visit the casino again but I wouldn't pay for a room here.

Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Love having a separate shower and tub. The pool is laid out nicely and up to 4 feet deep. Wonderful dining options from reasonably priced buffet to mid- range cafe to high end steakhouse. Lovely shopping area and good variety of gaming options. Biggest complaint is the cocktail service at slots. Typical wait was 20 minutes and twice the drink NEVER arrived.

The best customer service ever! The place is extremely clean and well kept. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Awesome staff, friendly service, comfortable rooms.

Slots were tight and our room was nasty. Nasty stains on the HEADBOARD. And all they offered was a food comp. Uh, how about a cleaner room. I slept with pillows up against the headboard and my feet hanging off the bed.

The manager Calvin at the buffet is awesome. He is a cut above staff member. Thank you Calvin for your personal attention. Food and SERVICE was just excellent.

This place is Vegas style beautiful. Done up to the nines! Friendly staff and awesome location. Great shopping and restaurants all through this great resort. This is right next to the highway and the beach, what is could you want!?

This facility was very nice. Being it's the holiday season the casino was now the Northpole. Very beautiful decorations and village type settings but plenty of snow. There's designer jewelry some top of the notch brands throughout the place. The casino slots were not a hit in many ways. They weren't hitting at all for over an hour. This casino is like a mall but set up like Grand Auto.

Hotel is great, rooms are nice and clean. Casino isnt to crowded or full of smoke. All staff is nice and helpful.

The room was amazing (could only have been better with a mini-fridge). The buffet was spectacular!!!!! Gambling was not bad. If mother nature would have cooperated (it rained and was cold) our time would have been near perfect.

Nice rooms. Nice gaming, and great shows. Nice restaurants.

Great rooms food and service stay every year when I come here

0/10 customer service rating. After returning from a late football game, our room s card reader was malfunctioning and would not let us in, leaving me, my husband, and our 2 month old baby stranded in the hallway for 45 minutes. When security finally arrived, we were questioned as if we were criminals. When we were finally given access to our room, housekeeping had not come and we had no towels. It took another 35 minutes to get towels brought up to our room (after 5 phone calls to the front desk and 1 in-person visit). All the while, we could not bathe our daughter, wash her bottles, and get her in bed... no towels. We were not compensated fairly for this enormous inconvenience. Hardly even apologized to.

The room service is really nice and the buffet too. But it is really busy during lunch and dinner times. Their pool is ok but the view from the hotel room is amazing. They have great christmas concerts over their too.

A true resort expertise with a giant casino. Had a blast celebrating New Year's there.

We are not gamblers but this place has it all. The buffet is awesome and the Spa is first class. The boutiques have very nice stuff at reasonable price.

It was chilly outside but downright hot inside. So hot that the performer on stage was sweating profusely. Way too hot!

What's not to like about.....fabulousness of Southern Hospitality at a Grand Hotel!?! The Beau as it is locally known is like an island with EVERYTHING you need for a weekend getaway inside its iconic stone walls. Great food , great fun, great entertainment, great accommodations...even a great casino with great security if that's your thing! And do not get me started on GREAT SERVICE......couldn't stop the maid from cleaning our near pristine bathroom when we requested more towels but no service on our 4th day and we couldn't leave our 77 year old mom on her scooter(on site rental) 2 minutes b4 some walkie talkied staff member was checking to be sure she was okay. The 24 hour cafe was amazing and not overpriced and so convenient to stroll downstairs to carry up a meal. If that' should be too rich for your wallet there is a waffle house just across the street and for more excitement Hard Rock Biloxi is right next door! Only downside is no hotel shuttles but the Lyft guy was super nice and prompt at 4:45am! The gulf coast is your playground when you stay at The Beau! Just GO!

This used to be an upscale hotel and casino, but now they're too many dogs running around.

Room needed updating, did not get the bed I requested at reservation, ate at the buffet twice and got sick. Overall I'd say it was so-so.

Okay Buffet! Don't know much more about it. The Military discount is pretty awesome!

The rooms were nice for sleeping and setting around but that's it. No fridge or microwave so you'll either eat out the whole time or down below in the expensive restaurants. Other than the room set up, it's a nice place. My personal winnings were smaller than one trip over to Hard Rock Casino but did win a little. Over all, it was a good trip and would go again.

Always gave such a good time at Beau Rivage it is my happy place.

The most beautiful Hotel/Casino I have ever seen! This place is huge and very elaborate. Nice size gaming floor. Great dining options everywhere.

Went in on a Monday to get food at the buffet, they were offering 2 for 1 for military. The food is good and diverse

Having a nice time with my family. My senior family members are keeping me in a laughable mood. One is making sure her sister does not fall again without laughing at her. Beautiful Rivage Resort is family fun filled place

Loved 875 bar! Drinks were delicious, bartenders were friendly and fast. Live music was amazing!

Always come for buffet after golf and find the buffet has gotten far below par. Food selection and prep is really bad.
I will not return to the Beau for their buffet.

Too much for my taste but the coffee cafe was excellent. I had a pretty terrific beignet there.

The look and feel of Vegas with southern hospitality blended in. Nice rooms, excellent housekeeping and instant hot water with solid pressure. Friendly helpful staff.

I recently visited the Beau Rivage for the Chamions of Magic show, it was a great show. I always love going to the Beau, it's beautiful and all the shops always have such wonderful stuff inside. Very nice and clean property with great staff.

Casino and hotel are first class. The Coast has a great burger and atmosphere. Was not impressed with the Italian restaurant Stalla. Chicken parmigian had no flavor and neither did the marinara. Service is great throughout the entire resort.

This is one of the nicest hotels in Biloxi! When you enter,you get the nice view of the architecture and the floor art! Very friendly people,a long with lovely rooms ,outside view! Bathrooms are clean! Service is very good!

So much to do and very accommodating staff! Shopping and eats are all right there close, only complaint is the long walk from parking garage elevator to the rooms elevator, but other than that it's perfect!

Nice casino. Plenty of machines and tables to play on. The restaurant is great, I love eating there whenever I get a chance.

Attended a concert. The decor in the lobby was spectacular. The Christmas decorations we're beautiful and made the experience of walking through their lobby one of a kind. The concert venue was very nice.

A little taste of a Vegas hotel in a smaller city. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Stayed at your hotel and saw Engelbert Humperdinck show and it was amazing also the hotel was fabulous!! The staff was attentive to our needs planning our next concert and stay at your hotel!!

My only experience is honestly with the buffet restaurant housed inside. The atmosphere was great and the food had a huge selection, all cooked to my personal liking. The facilities themselves were top notch.

I stay here and it was ok the room were nice. Pool was good but if you like to gamble the slots machine don't pay nobody winning. You just putting money in the slot machine and I guess and that way they like it.

The room was very nice and clean, not many signs of wear and tear. I really appreciate the little things. The tv was horrible though the lips didn't go with the audio and they didnt have an option for Netflix, Hulu, etc... Couldn't change the auxiliary to connect my Firestick.

Only come for free play the walk alone makes it a last resort plus food prices are high if your bringing a family with children. More fancy for my taste, in an Elizabeth Taylor type aspect...more older an retired crowd.

it's like a lot of casinos any place you go Atlantic city Vegas or on the gulf coast the big thing is you leave your money there but it's fun...moses

Spent my time in convention center part of the casino. The staff was very accommodating and helping me get connected to the Internet to do the presentation. Very large meeting rooms and great technical support. Good decor.

The Buffet was great. Our server was awesome and so sweet, the food was awesome. Overall, we had an awesome time.

The food accommodations the rooms were great the casino not so much very tight so you come here enjoy the restaurants history museums stay out of the casinos

Love the Beau but the Lady is showing her age. Rented a suite while waiting for power after fleeing a hurricane. The "by order" replacement of towels and toiletries is down side. Had a great massage at the Spa. The food at the Terrace was adequate.

Had brunch. $21 was an excellent value for the quality and variety of food provided. Toured resort afterwards and would definitely stay\recommend to others.

The food was pretty good at the buffet but the service was pretty bad this time. It took us about 45 minutes to be seated, even after waiting in line for 30 minutes we stood around for another 15 while they tried and failed to get us a 7 top.
