Beautiful casino with lots of options for games. You get that Las Vegas feel, but right on the ocean! Here were my only two complaints. 1. They had only one $5 blackjack table and it took over 30 min of waiting to be able to play. Since we were only in the area for about 3 hours, it was a really big chunk of our time standing around. I wish they would have opened more tables. 2. The drink waitress took over 45 min to return to our table. I was told this was due to a shift change, but it was too long between drinks. And yes, I tipped well - so I don't believe that was the issue.

The rooms are nice with a great view. There is no fridge in the room and the restaurants here are expensive. There is not a beach access here. The parking garage is free but it is a LONG walk to the room elevators. Don't be fooled by there rates they have a 10$ per day resort fee we were surprised with on checkout. Definitely not a kid friendly place.

First time visiting this resort and I was very happy with the beautiful view of the gulf, clean and large rooms and especially the staff with the efficiency and friendliness during my stay. Definitely would return and let my friends know about this wonderful resort.

For the price, this place was great IMO. The staff we encountered we friendly, the room was lovely (the bathroom was amazing!), the food we ate was delicious and moderately priced, and the show we saw was well done. The theater is fairly small, so all the seats are good seats. I wish we had more time to visit the city itself, but this was a quick trip. There's a neat-looking art museum in town + historic stuff to go see. We'll probably go back and visit next time were out that way.

Beautiful place. Super comfy beds. Clean bathroom. Pretty rooms. Excellent WiFi. Customer service was great. Good bar. The pool was nice. Views were great. Elevators fast. Only 4 stars because I m not a smoker and the casino is pretty thick with smoke. Casino was still fun though.

I first came when I was about 3 with my grandparents and since I m still not of age 21(I m 12) I still can say that you have the best food, decor, Christmas and summer, great rooms at a reasonable price. It has everything I hope I can come back soon if this pandemic blows over, I have no complaints even the staff is amazing, thank you beau rivage. The greatest hotel in the U.S.

Underwhelming. A Friday night on a holiday weekend, we expected there to be live music or some kind of entertainment. Strictly gambling and shipping. We are at a restaurant and most of the food was good, but over priced. And there were a lot of staff hanging around having personal conversations by our table. We had higher hopes and will not go back.

First, I'll say we ignored some suggestions not to stay here for a long dance competition weekend because it wasn't very kid-friendly. I admit fault there. But, setting that aside for a moment, here's my review of everything but the casino, which we didn't visit. Some very nice things: All the staff we encountered were extremely nice. The hotel/restaurants were well cared for and clean. Free valet parking, excluding any optional tipping. Lots of valets, so you don't have to wait long to drop off or pick up. The rooms are very clean and look nice. Our king bed room was a good size, even if you have an extra roll away or air mattress. The bathrooms are big, and there are separate tubs and showers. Lots of counter space on the vanity. Air conditioning worked great while we were there. Several restaurant choices in the building, so you don't have to go far for a bite to eat. The arcade was great. Lots of games, and they were (mostly) cheap ($.25-$1 per play). The nicer prizes were way more affordable (with tickets) than a normal arcade. The pool is nice and big, and there is drink service to your chair! Now for the unpleasantness. There were several negatives that unfortunately overshadowed the positives: Smoking. Everywhere. Around restaurants, the ice cream place, the arcade, the pool. Everywhere, except specific non-smoking floors. All the secondhand smoke and smell aggravated my wife's and daughter's allergies the entire trip. The food places are expensive. The breakfast buffet for 2 adults and 1 kid (8 years old) was almost $65. Even with just drinks and pastries at the coffee place for breakfast, we were looking at $30. For the price you're paying for the room, I expected, well, "more". Hard to say exactly what it was, but the rooms didn't seem to live up to the high price. Check-in took a while. They had 3 people manning the desks, and each guest I was behind took between 5 and 15 minutes to check-in. The summary: Nice, clean hotel with lots of amenities. Great staff. Expensive rooms and dining, and smoking is prevalent, even in the kid-friendly areas.

The Beau is an excellent place to visit. In addition to the hotel and casino events, the buffett is great and serves delicious food. There is also a coffee shop which serves fresh ground coffee and an assortment of pastries and sandwiches. An ice cream shop and amusement arcade are in the lobby too. There are a few shops selling clothing and/or jewelry in the lobby also.

It was our first time to the casino and we were there for over an hour. There was nothing there that we hadn't seen anywhere else. We had not been to a casino in a few months and there was nothing new. We also felt the machines were very tight. No play time just feeding the machines. We haven't even talked to anyone about being there as it was not memorable. Won't be back.

We love this hotel. We have never stayed in but we enjoy going a couple of times every month. The Buffet for breakfast its awesome and we get military discount on Mondays so it's very affordable. My husband likes the casino and we always take our son to the Arcade; he loves it. We absolutely love Haagen Dazs located right by the Arcade. Always Free parking available.

Well, it's a casino, it's in Biloxi,MS. of all places, kinda like Las Vegas but on warfare. It's a good enough casino, clean, never really all that busy and the food ain't to bad but for the price could be better. In short, got some extra cash laying around and you just absolutely can't find anything else better to literally blow your money on? Head on down to the casinos, were they don't mind taking all that pesky money off ya hands for ya

Was very disappointed in the breakfast buffet, for as much as it cost I expected much more! The Beau rivage buffet used to be a great place to eat, but apparently things have changed. The girl that we got our waffle at was very rude and acted like we were taking up her time to even be there. even had to go back and asked where they had butter and all she stated " it's over there in a bunch of baskets" it gives me shivers just thinking of the way she acted. Won't be going back there anytime soon!! I'd rather go across the way and find a waffle House.

Wonderful stay! No coffee maker in our room really sucked and no place to get coffee around the clock with out going to their restraunt. Food at the casino is pricey but it was so delicious. It's an additional fee to use the spa. Which should be included for guests.

Beautiful hotel with many shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and spacious. We had a city view room and it was amazing. They initially put us in the wrong room because I guess we arrived too late but they corrected their mistake and put us in the right room the following morning. The casino was great but the waitresses that serve drinks while you play were no where to be found. I had to chase a couple of them down in order to put in an order and then after an hour, it still never came. When I questioned them about the drink, they had an attitude. The casino waitresses and receiving the wrong room are the only negatives I have about my stay. Other than that, I loved it.
