Server was wonderful at the buffet last night, but the food quality and breadth of choices seemed less impressive than times past. Prime rib was terribly salty. However Bobby did a great job with my pasta. We'll be back. Love the Beau.

This place is HUGE! Like a small city. Offers lots of food choices and shopping. Casino was pretty big. Didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on that but it's a pretty cool place to go. You get 10. in free play if you get a players card. Would go back again If we were in the area. Didn't spend any more then the free play. No time. Won 28. on that and left.

What can I say that anyone who is there longer then 5 minutes wouldn't pick up on? Hmmm well you've been to the other casino's and this one is just head and shoulders above the rest in town. We lived in Vegas for 3 years and this place belongs there with the best of the best!

The Beau Rivage is the premier casino in the Biloxi area. The building is beautiful and well decorated, and the rooms are great for the price. The floor is fun and has everything you could want. We also saw Jim Gaffigan in their theater and there is not a bad seat in the house. Any time someone says they want to check out a casino, the Beau is always my top recommendation.

We could not get valet parking it was only for people staying in the hotel it took us 1 hour just to get off of the parking deck because the blue angels were there for a show, seems like they would have had cops to help the direction of traffic off of the deck but only a employee that came later and she really didn't know what she was doing with the traffic. And I probably spent more money gambling there than most that stayed in the hotel so valet should not be limited!

I am disappointed in treatment at the hotel. We stay in Biloxi often. We have another favorite hotel/casino, but we have stayed at most of them at one time or another. We have been passed Beau Rivage numerous times, but we have never stayed at BR. With all of the beautiful landscaping, BR is probably the nicest looking hotel in Biloxi. The interior is even better. So, when for a last minute trip, BR was the only reservations we could find, we were excited to try it out. Everything was great until we went to the pool. When we went out to the pool deck, it was crowded, but there were lots of chairs open. We sat down. A few minutes later someone came by and said we needed to pay $50 for a lounge chair. NOT the cabana, or the other type accommodations many pools charge for, just a lounge chair. I was SHOCKED. I told the guy I was not pleased, especially after I paid $340 a night for a room, that advertises a pool as amenity. A amenity that does NOT mention any extra charge anywhere on the web site. He nervously laughed. I told him I did not think it was funny. He told us he would try to find us a "free" chair, and come back. We packed up all of our stuff and set waiting. After 30 minutes he still had not returned, so we unpacked laid back down again. We stayed for several hours. Swam, lounged, swam lounged. Then a female employee came around and told us we need to pay $50 or leave again. I told her the story of the first guy, and I was still waiting for him to return with our "free" lounge location. She said someone had already paid for these lounges and they could show up at any time. I stood up, and made a sloooooooooow, obvious, 360 degree turn to look around the area. There were easily 20-30+ identical empty lounges within 20-30 feet of us. I said.... maybe they could sit in one of these other numerous identical EMPTY lounges if they show up. She nervously laughed. Once again, I did not find it funny. I described the guy that had been looking for our "free" lounge for hours now, and said she should go talk to him. She left. But at that point, my wife was REALLY not happy. So we packed up and left the pool. I have certainly been treated better, after spending less than $340 per night in Biloxi. I am not sure I'll come back to BR.

The only complaints are the pool isn't heated and the room walls are very thin! You can hear people in their bathrooms, in the hallways, and the room doors shut loudly whenever someone goes in and out of their room. So if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. The bed is pretty comfy, the pillows are smushy, the view overlooking the pool area with the water in the background is definitely a sight. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, the walk in shower doesn't necessarily fit 2 comfortably but spacouis for one, and the bathtub is deep. We come here every year around this time so we will definitely be back.

Reservations was great but Dad was also checked in early got to the room or room number was 1727 and everything was going great my niece got a piece of glass in her foot we had no paper to write on in the room nothing to show us where the places to eat in there were the remote didn't work for the TV. Upon checkout I was letting them know what was going on the lady asked if I follow agent report I'll let her know I did not due to the fact I didn't know who to fill out with and she was like well there was a problem there and I was like well I have a cell phone I don't think about those phones and she was really rude and I said okay well I do a lot of stuff with Google Map and your elevators had coffee stains all over the hallway and going down the hallways to the room we're staying and I said you really don't want people to look at your place like a dump and and I really don't think she liked what I had to say at that point she got a little snooty and I left." horrible experience" makes you want to play games for other hotels instead of theirs.

What a beautiful casino/hotel! I like the idea of having the eatery, shopping and gambling together! Nice nightclub! The shops, some were exclusive which I loved! I also like how the casino has a great view of the water and steps away from the shoreline.

While at first I was very confused on what to do, the staff here was excellent in steering me in the right direction. Several of the staff were helpful and kind when it came to games like blackjack. Many of the waitresses were helpful in getting our drinks as fast as they could.

The Beau Rivage Resort and Casino is a great place to simply relax and have some fun. The rooms are very nice and there is some great shopping a food on the premises. It's a sort drive from Pensacola and very near Gulf Port. Looking forward to the Sea Food Festival and the Crusing The Coast. The Fall of the year with the cooler weather is a great team to visit. Wonderful dining and great rooms for relaxing.

Don't come here if you don't like wearing a mask all the time. We arrived the day before they launched the new rule and were surprised when we went to breakfast. I should have been warned that they were making masks mandatory when I booked the room. All these signs did not get printed over night. (Yes, I know the one in the photo is electronic...)
Things we learned...
You must call the front desk to get house keeping to service the room and bring you fresh towels.
Your room should have complimentary bottled water and disposable coffee cups. When we checked in ours did not but did after we had it serviced.
There is no room service. You can call the Terrace Cafe with an order and go get it.
The buffet is closed and now you enter the Terrace Cafe at the buffet hostess stand.
The ice cream shop at the Beau is closed but the one at the Hard Rock next door is open.

Classy is an understatement. This place is a landmark. When visiting the Gulf Coast, you must stop here! The scenery, the shops, the food, the service... too many options to choose. You won't go wrong, whatever you choose; maybe do it all! May the luck be with you.

Everything at the Beau Rivage is excellent with the exception of the team's ability to move the buffet line faster at high-volume times. Also for the price you pay for the buffet they need to bring back all you can drink beer and wine and they're always needs to be steak or prime rib on them as I found it an insult when they serve me roast beef for the price that I paid. If you are not a crab leg fan which I am but one of the group and our party was not what are you really paying for. Also having all diabetic desserts sucks please put some good desserts out

Beau Rivage is a beautiful resort with all the amenities. The pool and spa are adequate and very nice, if not over the top. The rooms are very comfortable. There is a wide range of restaurants, all of above average to excellent quality. The sushi at Jia stands out. The gaming floor is well laid out and very lively. The close proximity of all the restaurants makes the gaming areas smell too much like food to me. The shops should be open later to give it more of a Las Vegas feel. But, overall it holds it's spot as the best overall gaming resort in the Mississippi coast.

We just came here for a concert. We had a great time! Only real complaint is always having to walk through smoking areas to get to a non-smoking area. Orherwise, great experience!

Came by during Covid in October... no buffet. Everyone had masks on. Not nearly as much fun during Covid.

I love the Beau! This is my favorite casino to go to when in Biloxi. The hotel rooms and the lobby are beautiful, and the gambling floor is very clean and professional. I recommend this casino and hotel to anyone looking for comfort and fun.

The staff is excellent, the facility is dated, missing a few touches to be called "lavish". (i.e. the bed base has the plastic film on it still from when it was put together and is cracked and peeling. Your in this fantastic room with a view and yet the aesthetic is dated and looks worn where it shouldn't.) The Buffet has a great variety of food. Not the best food. It's... Fake High End. Still fun to see what all they have...once. The games are alright... I guess. Loosing money isn't the most fun activity I can think of. The area doesn't really have much more attractions to offer either. Though I will say there's some historic treasures around to check out but that's another review.

Always an experience, we love when we can getaway to the Beau. Could be that by now, it's just that we're so used to it and know where things are, but for the novice traveler, it's easy to fit in. Their amenities are fantastic, the pool is great and their game selections are excellent. We can't wait to go back.

Everything was absolutely awesome!!! Perfect place for an epic girls weekend! Definitely pay extra to get a cabana at the pool!! I wanted to do a 4.9 because the only thing it needs are mini wastebaskets in the cabanas!!! A very small thing that would a big difference for everyone involved. And FYI Walk past the lobby elevators to get to the store! Perfect!!

There is a lot to love about this place, but also a few places where it falls short. The staff is amazing. The architecture and decorations are amazing. The rooms are clean and have beautiful views.
