The Beau is a classic, with lots of fun things to do. All of the restaurants are incredible, and there are a couple of coffee and snack shops. The pool, spa and gym are beautiful, well maintained and have excellent equipment. Great entertainment and shows, they added a top golf sports area recently. Tons of free parking, beautiful rooms with direct views of open water, and excellent service all around.
Beautifully decorated at ANY time of the year, but for their 20th Anniversary, extra attention to all the details! Just fabulous!

Casino experience was good. Their was a faint smell of cigarette smoke, which I guess is to be expected considering the casino allows smoking. Pretty nice rooms for the price and restaurants inside the casino looked nice.
I had an OK experience, and found myself asking for more. The rooms were missing things that basic hotels have. Where is the mini fridge? Mircrowave? Coffee pot? $4.50 for a small cup of drink? A charge for a coffee pot? Highway robbery. I've stayed at other hotels with casinos that provided drinks at no cost. I also had a bad experience at the pool. It was the day before the 4th, so it was understandably crowded. Couldn't get in the pool because people were taking up every square inch. The sun was also beaming hard, but couldn't find seating with umbrellas because they were taken, and the few that were available weren't blocking the sun. We decided to sit in the reserved section because NO ONE was there. A few minutes later we were asked to leave the section. I understand it was reserved, but when you have HUNDREDS of people in one small space one has to make other areas available. They don't seem to have a plan in place for managing crowds. Checking in was horrible and unorganized. I stood in line for almost 44 minutes. Line was long, and I notice people jumping line by using Mobile check in. They could've just had all lanes opened due to the length of the line. This hotel seems to cater to those with $$$$$, and the rest of us are just an after thought.

Possibly the most beautiful place along the coast. Every person I came across, from the valet, to all the staff I spoke with throughout my visit, everyone was very nice and courteous.
Fabulous hotel and casino on the gulf coast shores. Fresh flowers thought hotel lobby entrance that makes the whole place smell beautiful. Plenty of small shops and restraunts through out building. There is even a large arcade with several games. The staff was well knowledgeable of all the questions I asked, also very friendly and always smiling. The casino was always busy. Seemed like majority of them enjoyed being there. I saw a few jackpots hit every night. The hotel rooms were well cleaned, and rather large for what was expected.
Had a great time for our anniversary! Gave us an upgrade to our room when we let them know the reason for the visit. Loved the cafe!

It was horrible 2nd week in a row no winnings at the casino. Over all the room was very clean and nice. They need to loosen there machines. I tip the waitress on the floor very well and at the buffet. I'm the only one came out empty.

Only went for the buffet since I'm not big on gambling but I enjoyed the food. Seafood Saturday and there was plenty to choose from. They also had alot of options for people that may have seafood allergies. $30 per person but you definitely get your moneys worth.
Nicest casino on the coast-of course that means it also pretty pricey. Came for a show and a baby shower in the course of two days. Decorated very nicely all the time, but wasn't too impressed with the breakfast buffet
This is far and away the nicest and most beautiful Casino in MS and better yet it s nicer than many in Las Vegas. The staff are all wonderful - from check in, to Casino, to room service, there has never been a disappointment here. We have stayed with them probably 20 times easily as this is a pretty close drive for us (about 5.5hrs). The table games are always fun, the casino is always clean and not that smoky, and the restaurants are excellent....especially BR Prime. We love coming here. My husband and I enjoy the Craps table and Blackjack tables a lot and usually have great dealers who are fun to talk to while winning and losing money. It s always nice to have a good dealer when you re losing lol. I. Ant recommend this place enough. Beautiful pool, excellent spa, what more could you ask any?
Love this place but the buffet food could be better.
We have stayed here before and loved it. This time one year after our visit last spring things were different. Room was not very clean, the hallways outside the rooms were even dirty, walls looked dirty. No liner for our ice bucket, no phone cord on the phone in our room at the desk. Someone dropped a pill on the bathroom floor and it was left, coffee spillled on the bathroom floor tiles gave an overall feeling of uncleanness. There was also not one day or night where the security was present at the casino elevators even after being told to "have our key card ready to show security at the elevator ". The pool area is the only outside area where you can sit and enjoy the view in the evening (per staff when asked)and it closes early, maybe 8pm. I would suggest seperation of pool and outside area to be able to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the beautiful view at the Beau. And why does it close so early? The staff is almost always one if the best assets while staying there. The food at the buffet is awesome and the staff there is very helpful and courteous. The smoke at the casino can be a bit thick at times if your not a smoker this is a bit hard to endure. The casino is in a great location for a vacation there is lots to see and places to visit in any direction. Awesome day trip then dinner, drinks and the casino to enjoy at night. Enterprise car rental in the lower level is perfect for this if you fly in. Still one of my favorite trips for a getaway. Just hope things were not a new normal at the Beau Rivage.
Biloxi, MS is on the gulf, family fun and casinos. Will never go back to Las Vegas!!!!

Wife and I stayed the night while in town visiting family. Wonderful hotel for a great price and a fun time. For the buffet, they only do crab on Saturday so it's not the best deal other times IMO.

Wow, what a nice hotel/casino. Was there at just after Christmas and it was decorated to the T. My girlfriend and I were staying at the Golden Nugget........NO COMPARISON. I can only talk about the ground level. And rooms were only slightly higher $ than GN. Will book our room next time there.

It was and is a beautiful experience! It's like a mini mall with gambling and live music with a bar. You can bring your kids or come alone, lots to do and see. Definitely a place everyone should visit.
Wonderful, friendly and upbeat staff. Payout was excellent for myself and my spouse. Great atmosphere. Clean beautiful bathrooms. Love this place. Hope to visit again soon and maybe possibly even get to spend the night. The grill in the far back of the casino floor was excellent. Mini selections that look delicious . The reuben sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The staff working at the grill were awesome. Can't wait to get back there.

My wife found it easy to win here. Now that the positive review is over. Finding a drink is difficult. The bar is maxed out. Regardless of how many people are there. With just 5 people on the side of the only bar on the place, it took 20 minutes to get a simple Jack and Coke. And the waitresses serving the active spenders only come around every 30 minutes or so. If you play the outmost games. You may never see a waitress on the interior of the casino.
Parking for larger vehicle is difficult. An parking lot attentend on 7/7 at about 545 wasn't helpful at all,but valet guys were a great help

Ok this experience was terrible plane they chartered broke down we spent one day X2 there it was a terrible terrible experience. The cops are no good anymore the hotel has went downhill very badly you can't win any money anymore everything is too tight it's just not like it used to be

Great location, near Mcleroy's, Mary Mahoney's(2k oak tree out front, when thru Camille and several other storms obviously) Dennis at front desk very helpful and hotel was very much practicing CDC guidelines. Highly recommend!
stayed 2 nights, rooms not even offered to be cleaned, had to go ask for towels, overcharged $247 still waiting on a refund 2 weeks later, have to email some one in Las Vegas to try to find out why, first time staying definitely last time !

Awesome hotel and casino! We enjoyed our stay very much! There's a little mini mall on the first floor. Huge swimming and patio. Wonderful view and only minutes from Biloxi beach and jet skis. Our room was immaculate and the buffet was great.

Beautiful casino and night life! We were in Biloxi for a friend's birthday and had a great time. And the staff are super nice and helpful.
This review is two parts. First, the accommodations, food, and shops are all top notch and are worthy of at least four stars. This place is essentially the Bellagio of Biloxi. What drags my review down is the actual casino itself. The casino is only worthy of two stars. $10-$15 dollar minimums on most, if not all table games. The few $10 blackjack tables had the crummy 6:5 payout. Slots seemed pretty tight.

By far the best customer service of any casino on the coast, and we've been to them all. We booked a stay for Tuesday June 11th 2019. Upon trying to get into the room for the first time, our key cards wouldn't work. Security helped us get in, and offered us a meal ticket for our inconvenience. Long story short, and at least 8 key cards and the same situation later, we went to the desk just after 10pm and manager Michelle said she would give us a different room since we'd had so much trouble. It was probably the door lock itself that needed fixing, she said. So we got a free meal and a very unexpected upgrade for the evening, we could not have asked for more! I do not recall the security team's names, but to the bald guy (lol) and the lovely woman he was training, to Manager Michelle and I think it was Robin as well at the front desk, on swing shift June 11th, they all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable regardless of inconveniences, that weren't even their fault. It is my Husband's job professionally to find problems like this so they can be solved, and he couldn't find a thing wrong, he is very hard to impress! Very lively, incredible buffet, many various types of shops. Great tourists as well as local folks enjoying everything comfortably. They provide daily events for all ages.
I stay at the Beau quite a bit but decided to upgrade from the free room which I usually get as a comp and decided to upgrade to the Cypress suite for $250. I must say it was worth every penny! The suites allow you to enter through the VIP entrance, which also has its own set of elevators to the floors with suites. All suites are on the 26th floor or higher which means the views are incredible! The Cypress suite has a his and hers bathroom, a bedroom, wet bar, dining table, power blinds... If you ever get a chance please give the suites a try!
