By far the best customer service of any casino on the coast, and we've been to them all. We booked a stay for Tuesday June 11th 2019. Upon trying to get into the room for the first time, our key cards wouldn't work. Security helped us get in, and offered us a meal ticket for our inconvenience. Long story short, and at least 8 key cards and the same situation later, we went to the desk just after 10pm and manager Michelle said she would give us a different room since we'd had so much trouble. It was probably the door lock itself that needed fixing, she said. So we got a free meal and a very unexpected upgrade for the evening, we could not have asked for more! I do not recall the security team's names, but to the bald guy (lol) and the lovely woman he was training, to Manager Michelle and I think it was Robin as well at the front desk, on swing shift June 11th, they all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable regardless of inconveniences, that weren't even their fault. It is my Husband's job professionally to find problems like this so they can be solved, and he couldn't find a thing wrong, he is very hard to impress!
