0/10 customer service rating. After returning from a late football game, our room s card reader was malfunctioning and would not let us in, leaving me, my husband, and our 2 month old baby stranded in the hallway for 45 minutes. When security finally arrived, we were questioned as if we were criminals. When we were finally given access to our room, housekeeping had not come and we had no towels. It took another 35 minutes to get towels brought up to our room (after 5 phone calls to the front desk and 1 in-person visit). All the while, we could not bathe our daughter, wash her bottles, and get her in bed... no towels. We were not compensated fairly for this enormous inconvenience. Hardly even apologized to.
