Thank you for offering me 10% off my first purchase after the order completes!!
What a joke of a company, cant cancel as no phone number, take 3 weeks to respond to email cancellation request then try to imply discount would not have been available, then change their mind and agree but WONT honor discount without sending back purchase at my cost then resend out at their cost, 5 weeks later and emailing back and forth told they would not refund the difference as against policy. Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth dealing with this kind of company.

They agreed to refund item and return postage. They received item back 3 weeks ago!!!!
Now no replies to multiple emails, no refund, no one answering the phone.
Now have opened PayPal dispute to try to get my money back. Seriously disgusting service

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.
I left 6 queries regarding returning two items but only received one reply, which did not answer my query.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Owner of Prestige, well known for it's high quality pans and cookware products.

Used to be based on the Twelve Quays site in Birkenhead where they used to have a nice little shop selling clearance items. Every once in a while they have a massive sale weekend, but I haven't seen anything like it for some time unfortunately.

I also think that they do a lot of rebranding for other "own brand" sellers.

Absolutely pathetic customer service!
I have spent 3 months trying to get a refund, they ignore 90% of emails and the odd reply I received was unhelpful and they had clearly not read what I had written.
Utter Garbage!

I ordered a kettle and matching toaster 2 days ago. They arrived today, no problems. Excellent, efficient service. I will definitely recommend the Meyer Group to my family and friends. They could not have been better.

The Pans i have ordered are of good quality but not what i expected. After paying and placing an order before 12 pm for next day delivery through Prestige website, i received email the next day confirming that my delivery will take 3 days...can you imagine, i ordered the items to be given as a gift and as they did not honour their commitment as confirmed in the order e-mail, i had no gift to give as specifically needed them...on the same day i contacted customer service..the agent explained the procedure and when i replied that i followed the procedure and i even sent the proof from the initial confirmation e-mail, i received no reply from the agent or anyone else from Prestige afterwards...so for me that is misleading information from their website and poor customer service...I do not recommend to buy prestige pans from their website...maybe 3rd parties will do better..it was very disappointing experience.

Awful customer service! I ordered a toaster and matching kettle. Toaster blew up on first use. Took 3 months to get a response, they agreed to replace the toaster but when it arrived it was another kettle and now the toaster is out of stock. I had to send everything back for a refund, 8 days later no refund, no response to emails and can t speak to anyone. Just terrible!
