As a Salon owner, this is a vital way to be assessed. It's exactly like the KiteMark (BSI) British Standards Institute. They set the bar for differing Star Ratings and are rigorous with their Standards. Just like the BSI, it's the industry that funds this system, but be warned, they do NOT compromise the standards demanded of them, which makes the Good Salon Guide star system very credible. This organisation is a con Telling you, you have been nominated for 5 stars to then offer it to every salon in town. Having to pay for a 5 star rating.....ridiculous . Desperate!!!
