A very good and friendly hotel in Sofia. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended. I do not visit the hotel regularly but I have always been happy. The price could be thought over.

Overall good experience and everyone seemed to speak very good English.

Good rooms and beds, nice and clean bathrooms. Stable and fast internet connection via wifi and ethernet.
Breakfast is ok and quite standard if you like cooked breakfast. I didn't see all the ingredients of a continental one, but there is plenty of fruit and cereals. There is no variation over the week.
Bar and restaurant seem to be mixed up. You'll get more choice in food at the bar and beer from the tap at the restaurant. Food was basic with a rather short menu.
Prices are probably quite high for the country, but normal for European standards. Guests seem to be mostly business with some higher-grade tourists in between.

Location is noisy as the highway is right in front, bath tub was filthy and toilet seat still had a piss on it, power plug in the toilet not working so couldnt shave, air condition not working, room was not vacuum cleaned for 5 days, in met-bar waiter was absolutely unpolite and even rude while serving us...could go on forever

Arrived early in the morning to have breakfast at this hotel and stay at the spa until departure. But it turned out that the spa only works from 10 am. Who needs a bath after 10 ?! This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, close to the exhibition center. Business class hotel. It is difficult to imagine that someone would want to come there and wait for the opening of the center until 10 am. Breakfasts are decent, but the reception staff behaved cheekily, there were three young people who chatted loudly and laughed, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for a hotel of this class.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms, daily cleaning and free mini bar replenishment (beer, juice, pepsi and water). Convenient location! Recommend!

Very good hotel and very kind staff. Rooms and beds very comfortable and very clean. Very convenient if you are flying because of the transfer to Sofia airport. The minibar is also offered

I came here only to dine and the food was excellent, so was the service. Attentive, polite, professional.

Despite the fact that the hotel is situated downtown it is cleverly placed in a quiet area.
The personnel is nice and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good with a lot of choices.

The hotel is OK but quite isolated and with no good location, the elevator has access cards that is irritating and uncomfortable.

We went with my husband and son for one night before returning to Barcelona.
The hotel is just what we have looked for: good price, parking, child's bed, near the airport and a very large shopping center. Super friendly staff and breakfast very varied and rich.
Let's go back safely!

Nice hotel! Not exactly in the center, but in 10 minutes with taxi you can go wherever you want. Taxis are so cheap in Bulgaria (if your coin is euro or dollar), moreover all the taxis know this hotel, so it's easy to reach

Good business hotel. Wi fi is OK. Breakfast is nice. Almost all the staff speaks English. Complementary mini bar in the room. Restaurant closes early on weekends. At about 5 min. walk to a mall.

Very nice, modern hotel with attentive and polite staff. Some colleagues have complained about the firmness of the beds, but I find mine to be comfortable. For room service, the beef stroganoff is out of this world delicious -- highly recommended! Oh, there's a free beer in the room everyday. Incredible!

A great hotel, offering excellent services to guests, featuring a cozy bar, a very good breakfast lounge, very well-decorated rooms, nice views, very clean & last but not least, very polite, helpful & English speaking staff. We'd love it if it also offered tea/coffee facilities in the room though :) It's located in Sofia's city centre (a bit far from restaurants & cafes though), yet very close to a big mall.
