Awesome! I was looking for something to find fault with. All my attempts were unsuccessful. The hotel is located in the mountainous region of Velingrad, the world's balneological health resort. You can get to Velingrad along a mountain road with incredibly steep turns, ascents and descents. You catch yourself thinking that you are participating in Formula 1 races. Along the road you will be accompanied by a noisy mountain river and a narrow-gauge railway, along which a train runs close to the mountains twice a day. And how does he stay there? The mind is incomprehensible!
Already from the entrance to the hotel, it seems that I got into some kind of castle! The whole furnishings are so skillfully chosen that you want to spend hours with friends in one of the three living rooms. There is a great bar at your service. In the central living room, you can view a private collection of alcoholic beverages. In winter, they seem to light the fireplace. The spectacle is just super!
The hotel offers views of the mountains, city and pools, located on two levels. On the other side, from your windows you can admire the pine and spruce forest.
The rooms are spacious. Very clean. Cleaning is daily. There is no need for air conditioning as the balcony doors are protected by a mosquito net. The weather is wonderful and pleasant.
I would like to say a few words about the spa complex located in the central building. Masseurs and cosmetologists will be glad to welcome you. The price list can be viewed directly at the spa on the way to the indoor and outdoor pools. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in your room, and towels are provided upon entering the pools. All pools are filled with healing water from springs. Suitable for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, neuroses, gynecological problems. The water is just gorgeous! On the lower level there is a jacuzzi with a water temperature of +54. The indoor pool area features a gorgeous whirlpool tub. Just navigate the perimeter and enjoy the hydro treatments.
It is impossible not to say about the forest path. It is an extraordinary pleasure to take a walk in the forest in the morning, when large drops of dew, shimmering like a diamond in the newly appeared sun, blind your eyes. The early birds chirp with might and main. You can easily find mushrooms and strawberries. And the smell ?! Miracle!
I wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous corner to everyone who hasn t been here yet!

Nice hotel, a little more hygiene in the bathrooms and toilets. A little more Mediterranean cuisine (tablo, risotto, seafood) more attention to breakfast all right, but few things happen, more-well-meaning staff - there was equal!

The hotel is located in a forest and this creates a unique atmosphere. Not new, but well maintained. The rooms are clean and with nice views. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We have only used the indoor pool and the impressions are good. A little more smells of chlorine. Staff are courteous and educated. The recipe is approx. There is a children's playground and a children's playground outside. Food in restaurants can not comment because we have not fed them. Breakfast is not very rich and does not correspond to a five-star hotel.

Comfortable hotel with a great location. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff is intelligent and responsive. The spa center is wonderful - both a large pool inside and two pools outside, and pools with hydromassage devices, and a hot zone with a variety of baths. But, I put the fours for the fact that the staff at the spa doesn t keep order well, in particular, the visitors themselves go to close the windows, disrupting ventilation, children indulge in unsupervised hydromassage pools, parents who cannot read in the pool are dragged into the pool minturizma from admission of children in the hot zone. Even the spa itself, in spite of the luxurious equipment, needs renovation - rust is visible on the metal columns, there is mold on the tile and ceiling. He also upset the restaurant, with a gorgeous view, but dirty tablecloths, the food is clearly not up to the prices, and a bunch of waiters sit back and watch while one rushes around between the tables. But on the whole I liked the rest, I will definitely visit there again.

Large beds, large room, good location, Breakfast does not respond to 5 stars, the water in the large pool is not warm enough, leaving the spa is cold because the common areas are not well warmed, and when you enter the room you realize that your wiper has turned off the heating in the room, the fireplace in the lobby burns it once every 3 days, which spoils the whole atmosphere ... you sit in front of an unlit winter fireplace :( restaurant tavern does not have much choice of lean dishes and lunch menu every day is almost one The Internet is weak and if you are you have to download a few GB at work, it will take you several hours.

This is not five star services for sure ! People behaviors are for a 1 Star Hotel by they asked to paid for a 5 Star ! Check photo at the corridors: steps without lights ! Easily can break legs, arms wtc

Excellent hotel. This is perhaps one of the best in Velingrad. Located in a pine forest. The mountain air is mixed with the smell of pine needles. There is where to walk: there are 2 eco paths. And of course you can explore further along the paths
Spacious rooms, everything is clean and tidy. Gorgeous mountain views from the balcony. There is a bath and shower in the room. One point: the Internet is there, but it works intermittently. But in general, you can even work.
Wonderful spa with a large pool and many small ones. The spa center has a large selection of saunas, hammam, relaxation room and much more. Wonderful masseurs. Friendly staff.
The choice for breakfast is varied - probably the largest that we have seen in Bulgarian hotels: we have already been to many.

With our family and friends we agree that in Velingrad or stay in Maxi, or there is no point in going at all.

Clean and quiet hotel suitable for families with children. Good spa, two outdoor pools, indoor pools and many melt. There is a small children's center, children can play on the playstation. The food at breakfast was OK, but not diverse. Good lunch menu, but little choice for dinner in the main restaurant.

Amazing place for a vacation with or without children. Everything is extremely clean, the rooms are spacey. The balcony is absolutely breath taking. The pools are clean with mineral water.

Ideal place to relax from stress. The mineral pools offer various hydro-massages that can successfully replace even manual ones.

For the price they want what they offer is absolutely unacceptable. Let's start with the good things and go to the bad-the double room was perfect, loaded with all the amenities, it was very clean and the women who cleaned at the hotel along with the receptionists and the girls who serve breakfast are great. However, the food was under all criticism of breakfast bacon and of a dog stray I would not give it so as not to poison it. The spa center is not maintained at all, there is rust anywhere and nothing is cleaned, the outdoor jacuzzi is greenish, the shock pool you see the footsteps of dirt on the bottom, the hammock was not released, and now we get to the biggest paradox - the staff at the spa . We were playing for the Finnish sauna because we asked for it to be released as it did not work - the answer was that the Finnish sauna only let it go on full occupancy, but we as hotel guests do not pay 50% of the price . After a slight confrontation, the Finnish sauna was released, but each time I and my friends decided to go to the pool or to the gym, it was turned off and then we had to go to the spa reception again and ask for it to be released. The attitude of the staff at the spa was disgusting. As a person who loves this kind of entertainment and recreation I will never step in your hotel again.
