Decent hotel, nothing fancy. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English.

Loses half a point for being a bit boring, but you'd expect that. Loses another half point because they don't have enough lifts so you end up waiting for ages in the morning when it's busy.

They offer a free airport shuttle which is a great service.

It's quite a long way from the centre of Sofia but reasonably close to the metro which works well.

Curiously I had a double bed with two single sheets on it. See the picture, I've never had a bed made like that before!

Very rich breakfast, clean rooms, very helpful reception desk, free shuttle to/from the airport, gym is well equipped, close to big shopping centre. A little bit away from the Metro (15-20 minutes walk)...but using the bus makes it even shorter. Very recommended if you are looking for high standard near airport hotel.

Nice environment, welcoming, smiling and kind staff. Prices bar expensive, affordable spa in terms of prices but I have not used x lack of time. Food and good wines. Hotel to choose if you want to stay close to the airport and close to the center of Sofia.

It deserves the stars, great staff excellent position pulito.per who is picky like me recommend it!

Excellent! In the lobby they remember what I drink, and visit it no more than once a year.

Clean rooms and friendly crean.
The breahfast is also perfect.
