A very good hotel on the way to airport, large and clean rooms, good breakfast and a big plus is shuttle ( a few steps from a Mall complete the evening )

Good place if you want to be relatively close to the airport and avoid urban traffic jams, traveling there.

Everything is perfectly organized. Rooms are comfortable. You may enjoy terraces at 9th floor and balconies at each floor. Cousin is very good. Try rakia in the bar. Barmen would advise you which one to start with. Ask transfer to the hotel from Sofia airport

bad experience, even if the hotel is nice, new, full of accessories: (bathrobe for example), very clean but ... it is in nothing! The shopping center requires 5 km of taxis on the way back, walking is dangerous, lifts are insufficient (even if security is very good). Unfortunately I took a period with closed restaurant, enclosed jacuzzi, closed massages. The room is nice and pleasant, you sleep well. And 'suitable IF you have the car and IF you are not tourists. Good wifi, complimentary mini bar and shuttle airport

The hotel looks good but it is also hard to reach by public transport, and by car. There is free parking for participants in events taking place there. I was not in the hotel part - only in the halls and the lobby.

Close to the International airport. Perfect breakfast for early birds. Free shuttle to the airport. Fair room prices, good value. One of the best shopping malls on the other side of the street. Super food court....

Wonderful hotel with a spacious restaurant and halls suitable for conferences. The access to it is in the direction of leaving Sofia, which makes its reaching from the entrance of the city a little surrounded. Pleasant atmosphere and staff. Suitable for both leisure and business meetings.

The distance to the city center is relatively large, so it is advisable to have a transport, taxi or public transport in Sofia.

Hotel in a great location. Very clean with a great breakfast. Shuttle service to and from the airport.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, there are not enough power supplies and the mirrors are located in dark places which is Not comfortable for women. There is not enough light. Some of The receptionists do not speak or understand English and this matter makes difficult the communication. The breakfast is excellent with fresh fruits and variety of dishes and juices. I was expecting better coffee instead of the instant one.

One of the best hotels I've ever been. Big, clean, warm and comfortable rooms. Awesome breakfasts with great variety of choise. Cozy bar with good collection of wine and whiskey. Very good hotel in Sofia. Is very close to the airport and the hotel also offers a shuttle service. You just have to register in advance. The city is 5 minutes by taxi. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is still a nice bar in the hotel.

Honestly...staying in this hotel is like you are home...I was here for business purpose as a session trainer. Conference room was perfect, The organizer from the hotel s side Ms. Polina was nice and helpful far beyond expectations. Mr. Dragomir and Mr. Nikola from the restaurant have a very special touch with guests, extremly pleasant and friendly...they almost read your mind I highly recommend this hotel to frequent travellers who are many hours out of their home...

Large, modern rooms. The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes from the airport and just across from the mall. The metro train or a cab can quickly be called to get to downtown Sofia. The service is good but the waiters seem to lack an up to standard hospitality training (snarky remarks when ordering) but are otherwise well meaning. Overall a very good experience.
