A very nice hotel with good rich breakfast, very comfortable in a good location near the airport and good access to the center. Friendly staff, good parking and good prices. Sofia and Bulgaria are worth a visit.

By far the best customer service I have ever received in hotel in Bulgaria. Exceptional actually. Good dinner menue. Very good breakfast options. Bar was cozy. The apartment I stayed in was very clean, which is rare in Bulgaria actually. Free drinks in the mini bar. Good quality towels. Good lighting. Fantastic service from the shuttle. Would love visit again!

Extremely nice staff - young and kind people. Always smiling and without unnecessary familial behavior. Especially the young gentleman who greeted me at the Dragomir airport. Also young ladies and gentlemen from the reception. The late dinner at the lobby bar was incredibly delicious and the service professional. The room is large, clean, luxuriously furnished. Bathroom with bathtub, modern, clean with four types of towels and bathrobe. Bed - extremely comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant is varied. I recommend the hotel and would visit again.

I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very courteous and friendly. There are more amenities then you can expect. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. They offer free Wi-Fi and complimentary beverages in the fridge everyday. Even the fitness centre in the basement is better equipped than any other Hotel gym then I have ever seen. I am so glad that I chose this hotel and I will definitely choose this hotel any time I visit Sofia.

Booked for 3 days business trip. Room 725 is okay and mostly clean. The street can be heard quite well despite the window being closed. The hotel is located between two main streets. The airport transfer worked just fine and I was brought to the hotel by VW bus at no extra cost. Reception nice and first impression great.

Quiet and welcoming place, despite the proximity of the boulevard. Very close to the airport, clean and cozy place with spacious rooms and wonderful service.

We loved our stay at the Metropolitan Hotel, room was clean and tidy and we also had a free bar in the room.. Staff were fab, so friendly and willing to help.. The food was delicious and price's were reasonable..

This is a good Hotel, i stayed there 1 week for business trip and the service, breakfast and room were all good.
Due to the location of the hotel we have been struggling to get a Taxi, especially in the morning it took some time.

For me, is the perfect place to stay in Sofia, without any comments, just perfect!

This is a pleasant budget hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff

Very nice rooms, good location close to the airport and Techpark. A trip to the city center costs about 4, - or less than one euro by metro. The metro is, like a large mall, within walking distance. My room was spacious, reasonably priced and clean. Very friendly staff and a great restaurant.

The room was very hot and unbearable, the staff did not agree to change the air conditioner to cooling mode and did not provude a fan insted. even though I told the hotel staff that I am an asthmatic and had trouble breathing. I had to sleep with an open window and the noise was unbearable and the sleep was very bad.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was efficient and the driver was friendly and provided important details, breakfast was good, next to the hotel there is a mall that can provide affordable shopping.

Very good rooms, very clean. Nice ambience, breakfast offers a lot of choice! Outside the hotel the area is not the Burner but I think it is cheaper than downtown

Pretty standard business hotel. Rooms are ok, beds are a little springy. Breakfast is good with a nice selection of hot and cold dishes of various kinds.

Hotel-level. Service is impeccable. It has a bar where you can also have a meal. There is a large parking lot. The location is very good and convenient.
