Love the eclipse cross. Sales and office staff were great at purchase. Have had some issues since. AC wasn't charged when I got the car and didn't notice till it was very hot on my way to work. They fixed it but took several hours of my time for something that should have been done beforehand. Also I got the undercoating done and it was full of issues. First they wouldn't book me for a weekend appointment so I had to come in during the week which isn't easy when you work Monday to Friday. Promised me a courtesy car which they didn't have when I got there. So they called Enterprise Rental Car for me and paid for a rental. Fine but had to wait around for Enterprise to pick me up and then go over there and fill out paperwork. A waste of my time which I was missing work for and not getting paid. Then I was told just to return the car back to Metrotown Mitsubishi the next day and pick up my car. When I get there I am told I have to go back to Enterprise and do more paperwork and an inspection. More time wasted. Lastly all week I have been getting emails and texts asking to fill out survey's and post reviews here and on facebook and to the BBB site giving them a review. Once again work during the week and only have time on weekends for that sort of thing and it's annoying being bothered about it all the time. Overall nice people but not very organized or efficient and didn't seem bothered by wasting my time and money.
