I purchased the 96 x100 roll of screen for what I consider an excellent price. It arrived right on time. I wrapped my front and back porch with it so we could escape the millions of insects that are plaguing us due to all the rain. ITS GREAT!! Everyone who has seen it absolutely loves it and has asked where to buy some themselves. We will be purchasing more.

Excellent product, fast delivery! We're making a screen porch, and this is the first section. VERY strong. Our 30 pound dog was running, and forgot it was there. She put up her paws at the last second and crashed into it full speed... NO DAMAGE AT ALL (and she was dazed, but fine). :)

When I purchased my town house I did not realize none of the windows had screens in them. I looked online for a company that could build replacement window screens. I found Metro screenworks followed their instructions online, took measurements of the window frames. Entered the measurements and the style of pens to hold the window in the frame. Picked the type of screen mesh that I wanted and waited for my order to arrive. The order arrived in a timely manner and was packaged so that the screens were not damaged in transit. I opened up the packaging installed the screens, they fit perfect and I could not be happier.

After calling several door companies searching for a replacement insert for my storm door, I started searching the internet and came across Metro Screenworks. I am so happy that I did. I ordered the French Door Retractable Screen with the Pet Screen. The screen door came in a reasonable period of time and installation was fairly easy. The pet screen works as advertised, however my cats are able to escape under the screen as it is loose, so I am trying to figure out a solution to that problem as they are indoor only cats. My dogs have tried to run through it and the screen held up, but the door was knocked off track from the force. It survived and the dogs have not tried that again!

I am a homeowner and needed to replace the screens on my lanai after hurricane Irma. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Delivery was prompt and exactly what I ordered. I recommended metro Screenworks to a number of friends and they seem as pleased as me. Highly Recommend

The screen was perfect. It was exactly as advertised. Because I'm a "do it yourself guy" i was able to complete my project in less than one day.

Metro Screenworks was great and able to answer some questions I had. The Genius french door screen we purchased is good but definitely has some room for improvement. The clips to attach the main body to the doorway are much too small and very difficult to get locked in properly. The other problem that I also saw in many reviews is the door handles are kept in place by one small set screw. The handles become loose after a few uses and drop to the bottom of the screen. To fix this I bought better set screws (deeper inset for the allen wrench so they don't strip out) and used Locktite to keep them in place. So far this has worked. Other than those two things we are enjoying the screen door very much.

I am a DIY'er but have very limited experience with exact measurments. I measured and ordered the screen for a window in my home. To my surprise everything worked out wonderfully. Better than expected. The quaility of the shipment/packaging was great, the speed in receiving the shipment was exactly as I was told, and now my window has a screen. Very happy with Metro Screenworks.

They made me a beautiful sliding screen door custom fit to my patio size. Finding a replacement sliding screen door that isn't a commonly manufactured size is a bigger pain than one may realize Came exactly as advertised, totally assembled and fit snugly into the track. Thank you so much!

Metro Screenworks is a great company to deal with and has excellent customer service.
I ordered a total of 10 screens and 4 were a little too short.
2 of the 4 were short due to differences in my window frames (not all frames that appeared to be the same size were identical). There is a recommended 1/8" easy installation gap which in my case ended up making the screen too small, but in other cases might be necessary.
2 other screens were very slightly out of the 1/16'' tolerance.
I called and were given a managers email (David) who responded immediately.
After sending in pictures and measurements I ended up getting 4 complete new screens of no charge!!

Ordered a screen a year ago lasted 9 months. Called about warranty and was told needed registration number and there was none. Bit the bullet and reordered exact same screen, same color, same sizes, waited 10 weeks (they had a delay and never notified us) and when it came was wrong size. Do yourself a favor and get a reputable screen company to come out and measure and supply a screen. That way they can t say it was your fault it was measured wrong. Which how could that be when the first fit????

I was really pleased with the screens I ordered and will absolutely order from them again. They also provide a rush manufacture option that was very reasonably priced. I bought two screens on a BOGO free special. I watched the video over and over because my window was oriented to be wide across rather than tall and I had to get my bearings. Then I measured each window about 5 times apiece! They were perfect. What I didn't know is that they have some different color options on the tabs (but that isn't a choice in the online software). I didn't care for the color of the "clear" plastic, so am going to paint them with craft paint. So be sure and ask about the tab choices if you want something dark. I ordered the highest visibility screen material.

The screen door was delivered as promised and was easy to assemble. I love the new door! It's so much sturdier than the ones I tried from Lowe's and Home Depot.

I ordered a custom size screen for a sliding door on 8/7 online. Did not receive the order until 8/24. While I was impressed with the quality of the frame as I was assembling it, when I got to the screen material I found they sent me 36" material for a 49 1/2" wide CUSTOM door. When I called, the service I received for their mistake was POOR at best. I was assured the right screen material would be shipped to me in 3 business days. Today marks one full week without the replacement screen and when I called they said it's scheduled for 9/5 delivery. Don't expect them to want to go out of their way to help you if they make a mistake!! And forget about customer service.

Metro Screenworks is very fast and efficient with their deliveries. Also important is the fact that they are so willing to advise you and guide you on the various screens and what suits your needs best. Lee was super helpful in providing information to us.

Bendable screens has got to be the best invention ever for windows. Easy to install, and such a wide variety of screen materials. For the west facing window, purchased the solar screen and it really does help block the heat. For the east facing windows, purchased the BetterVue Invisible screens very nice! Initially the screens received were off the measurements we requested. Working w/ Melina (awesome customer service) and these were replaced quickly. Metro Screenworks. Is a great company with amazing products thank you!

I am very impressed with Metro Screen Works. I ordered 5 fiberglass and 2 aluminum screens in various sizes. The quality was excellent, and the measurements were perfect. They offer plenty of options so I could get the exact materials, color, and dimensions I needed. My screens were shipped in a box with wood edges and cardboard sides, and they arrived in good condition. It took about 2 weeks to make them and 1 week for shipping, so plan on 3 weeks to get your order.

I checked some other on line screen sites, and one offered free shipping, but their screens were very expensive. Another had good prices on screens, but when I went to calculate the shipping cost, it was ridiculous. Metro Screen Works offered the best total cost with shipping included. I will definitely use Metro again in the future when I need to replace screens.

Purchased a house and decided to keep the ornate iron storm door which had only bent screen and no glass. Ordered a custom glass panel and screen from Metro Screenworks after carefully measuring and they are Perfect. The fit, the manufacturing - great. No problems at all. Received them via FedEx in a little over 3 weeks and we are very pleased.

I recently sold my home in Aurora and had to replace 22 screens on a sunporch. I live in Oregon and my X wife lives in the Aurora home. I asked her to have a handyman measure all the screens and then send him to Metro and have them made. As usual she did not listen to me and took a screen out assuming they were all the same size ( which I told her they were NOT) and they made 22 screen of which 11 were wrong by micro inches. the handyman had to come back and remeasure and submit to Metro the correct size. Metro made 11 new screens based on the promise that the handyman would bring back the wrong ones so they could be salvaged. They did that at no additional cost. Thank you Metro you guys remind me of the old days where things were done on a handshake and the customer was king. Kudo's to Metro.

Great looking safety screen, and it was a breeze to put in place.

The retractable screens look great! They are a bit tricky to install, but I m also a novice so the second and third went in much easier.

Beat service ever. With the instructions provided by Metro Screenworks and all the information that was provided about the different doors I could chose from and the difference with each screen type, I was able to place the order for the new sliding patio door. It took less that 30 minutes to put it together and fit perfectly. I highly recommend Metro Screenworks and will order from them again. Easiest thing I ever did.

I am writing this review for the sole purpose of making the public aware of our dealings with this company.
We contacted them approx. 6 months ago to get estimates for screen windows throughout our home and then two screen doors.
We spoke to Ben who took an order for one screen window ( paid sample) to see the quality.Ben explained how to measure and gave us an emailed quote. The screen came in , and although I measured incorrectly, the quality and ultra vue clear screen was good, and better than a competitors quality.
Ben sent us a smaller rail which allowed us to make the sample smaller and fit fine. This was a good customer service action by him but unfortunately the last good thing that happened with this company.
I placed an order for approx. 11 more windows and the two doors. Ben was able to discount order considerably for larger quantity.
Order arrives in 2-3 weeks and the screen windows that arrived were cheap, bendable, cr...p, obviously made and shipped from a different company.
To make matters worse, the screen doors were packaged terribly and had puncture holes in both screens.
I called and really didn't get an explanation on what and who they got the window screens from, but Ben said he'd get the right ones and replace the screen doors but a little later. The new screens came in a few weeks later and all but two are the Same as sample. Two were handed improperly. I promptly emailed Ben and he responded with a question to confirm handing of pull tabs, which I did.The replacement screen doors came in about a week and a half ago and they are different designs than original shipment and took two hours to figure out that they won't fit our openings. What they sent was for a different opening design. Therevcommunication from sale s to production seems to be in another state or country.We have still not received our other two screen windows that were improperly handed. I have written ( emailed) to Ben 2-3 days ago and have not heard back.
At this point, I have two damaged screen doors at almost $200 each, two window screens I can't open properly, and a bunch of junk that doesn't work or is too shabby to use in ones home.
I wanted this to work. I didn't want to write about this aggravating and humiliating sci fi. This company is like a used car lot with the switch and bait technique.
Will they make it right and complete my order as I expected and paid in full for?

I needed screen doors for 2 sliders to allow me to open them when the weather is cool. I used the measuring tips and ordered the doors unassembled - assembly was fairly simple, and the doors look great.

Once we connected and got things straightened out my screen arrived quickly. Since it was so large they sent it unassembled which I agreed to. Piece of cake to put together and they discounted 50% of the price for my troubles. This is a company that appreciates your business.

I bought 2 window screens and both arrived with bent crossbars and they were too small. Metro Screenworks said they would send new crossbars and a video on how to install them. I bought a screen door and it arrived with a missing track roller, no pet screen which I paid extra for and it was too big. Metro Screenworks said they would send a roller and a pet screen and videos on how to install them. They have plenty of videos on fixing things they screwed up. I paid extra to have this delivered fully assembled.

The screen is exactly what I was looking for. The quality seems good. I think its a little pricey, but time will tell if it makes doing my window much easier

They sell a product with faulty plactic hinges. I paid $18 for the product, Metro Screenwork Inc. reimbursed me $9 for the faulty product they gave me. Luckly Amazon gave me a credit for the difference. Cannot recommend Metro Screenwork Inc in good faith.

This is the worst company. I ordered a new patio screen door that cost $600. It arrived with a hole in the screen and they refused to send someone to fix it. They said I had to bring it in (which required a truck or delivery service) or do it myself with their fix-it kit. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE. This is a terrible company

Very happy with the decision I made to go with Metro Screenworks! I ordered the screens in which you can bend and remove without breaking the frame. So happy with the quality. They look great too! I measured the wrong area where they needed to go, but I was still able to get them in. That is the only drawback to them. Make sure you are measuring correctly! Will definitely purchase in the future and will also highly recommend. Made it to my doorstep quickly too!
