I ordered a custom tempered glass panel to install in a storm door. Metro Screenworks fabricated it beautifully, let me know when to expect it, and delivered. Very nice!

Could not be happier. The screen was completed in 3 days and came exactly as ordered. Their website is super well designed and easy to use. Keep it up guys!

We had a few questions that were promptly answered before we ordered. We were sent samples of the 4 types of screen we were considering. Everything came when promised and I guess it all looks great. We finished our porch too late in the fall to get the screen put up and haven't even opened the box! I trust it will be fine. Hopefully we'll get it up when the weather breaks here in VA. That might have been today (2/20). It was 70 degrees. We need to get cracking. I would order from Metro again in a heart beat!

Super screen is a great product. The price was good and it was delivered promptly. I stretched 1 opening almost 16 feet by 6 feet. We had 50 mph wind gusts a few days later, it never phased it.

I chose the option to assemble my door. It went together easily and feels solid. Everything works well. I was disappointed in the dog door that I added. It is supposed to snap together but some snaps wouldn t hold. It got worse as the weather warmed up. I ended up having to add small bolts and nuts around the entire frame to get it to not fall apart. Now the door works as planned and my pups are happy

All was good except one of the frames was bent upon arrival. We were able to still use it

Got tired of the original screen door that had been damaged - kicked off the track several times. Went to Home Depot, ACE hardware & could not find the non-standard height. Based on a web search & reviews, I chose Metro. Followed the guide in measuring & chose a robust screen. In a very brief time the screed door was delivered. I had no trouble following the directions to install, add the rubber flashing & balancing the door. Very happy withe both the frame and the screen - not to mention the web site and convenience.

We bought a screen door for our sliding glass door, going out on our deck. Just got it put together this morning and I think its going to work great. It took about an hour to get together with no problems. The frame is very sturdy and should last a long time. After buying a cheap screen door last summer, that only lasted a few months, I started looking for something that was better made. Metro Screenworks has a great product.

Excellent service and easy to use web site for sizing and placing my order for new screens for all the windows in my house. The screens are shipped in wood-framed boxes for protection, with heavy cardboard fronts and backs, and the screens are wrapped together to minimize damage from shipping. All of the screens arrived in perfect condition, and look great in the windows. I chose the 'clear view' option that minimizes the appearance of the screen when viewing to the outside from the inside of the house. They look great! I highly recommend this company!

Needed all new window screens (10 in total) and found Metro Screenworks online. I carefully measured, and called them to ensure that I was measuring the correct way. The screens showed up today and turned out perfectly. The screen sizing was extremely consistent and fit the windows perfectly and the build quality is exceptionally good. My order took exactly the stated 10 business days to ship and shipping to Chicago was 3 days. All in all a great experience and very pleased with the result.

Ordered 5 screens 2 years ago -- perfect. Needed one more. They charged me $200 MORE for the new one, plus $150 shipping. And it came with a defect! There is a large seam at the top, all the way across my window. :( Not what I expected for an $800 shade.

Selected Metro because their website advertised a low lead time. After two weeks I contacted them to find out why my order was not complete. They said they needed another week because they were still behind due to Covid. That's fine, but I was annoyed that I had to contact them and they didn't disclose this on their website or by email after accepting my order. Another week came and went and still no update on my order. Of course they charged my credit card three weeks ago, so now I have to dispute the transaction with my cc company. Stay away from this company. Poor communication and inaccurate lead times.

I ordered the superscreen for some porches I was building. This stuff is STRONG! So far no one's pet ( , , or ) has poked a hole in any of the screens. Great company to work with and great product.

The agency was very helpful in dealing with any issues that I may have had with the operation of their product. I was happy with the way my screening turned out and it has given us much more living and entertainment space.

Ordered assembled screen, screen was good, encourage to go for a higher end model. Greatly concerned that the packaging was open on both ends, surprised that nothing was missing or damaged. Could make packaging more robust for a full size screen.

purchased to screen in small back porch. major learning curve. after thinking thru realistically, framed 4'x8' sections. screwed wood to wood so that if wild animals tear screen, it will be very easy to replace.

Shipping costs are way too high especially considering that the screen arrived with the frame bent as well as the spring clips. I was able to bend the clips back in place and fortunately the frame was thin enough to bend into place in the window frame. I needed a custom size and they built it perfectly to size and it looks nice.

Hi, thank you for screens. It was quick and it is nice. I do not like how the pieces are connected to each other, because there is a small space beetwin the window and the frame. It is too thick, but i am happy anyway, because I have big windows and couldn t found screens on this size. And the price is good. Thank you

Metro fabricated a custom size screen door for my terrace. Easy to assemble and install My only suggestion is to measure carefully including the thickness of the original door. My new door was significantly thicker than the original. I had to modify the tracks

So I built a 8x16 covered back deck for a client and he wasn't happy with the aluminum screen i used so i went online and found Metro Screenworks lnc. And ordered the 4x25 stainless steel with a tough gloss black enamel that matched the beautiful Gatehouse security doors I had already installed, and I absolutely love installing it. It was easy and quick and looked gorgeous. Most importantly, is my client loves it to and is now happy with his new screened in deck.

I ordered the 8' x 100' roll of heavy duty screen. It arrived OK, even though it was not in a box. I used this with the Screeneze system without any issues. No problem doing the full 8' panel with just one person - just tack it up across the top with 3 staples, and then install just like you would do a smaller panel. I will be using them again. jl. The order process was simple and arrived as expected. We were able to install without incident. I am a little disappointed in the screen structure, you have to ensure equal pressure is applied when opening and closing the screens or they come off the track. Not sure exactly how to resolve it, but I was surprised how flimsy it seems when opening/closing. Otherwise I am very happy with my French door screen and get a lot of compliments on it!

We ordered about 25 screens and are very happy with the purchase overall. The package was not packed as well as it could be, though, and one or two screens came slightly bent. Still useable but had to tweak a bit to have them stay in the window as they should.

The screens are great! Now, I made the mistake of asking for the tabs & springs on the long sides (instead of the short sides) but I'll have to live with that since it was MY ERROR~ and shame on me! Great product! Price point is a bit higher than I d like for a coated nylon mesh, but delivery was prompt and materials exceeded quality requirements.

Was nervous to order because I didn't have the frames. Measured 4 times, ordered. Received screens, beautiful work. My measurements worked out perfect. Only negative is how expensive the shipping was. $98 for two screens, $70 shipping.
