I really enjoyed my experience today. Kesaan Hill and his partner Ryan was working with me today. They were very nice people and they really knew what they were talking about they were also funny! They made today s experience very comfortable (like their mattresses lol). They helped me find the best mattress for me and they also helped me with the finances and gave me a great deal for my buy today! I highly reccomend this mattress store!!

Was dreading it, but I was there for 2hours ...maybe longer and they took care of my kids and made sure I found exactly what I needed in comfort!! I can't wait to receive my new bed !!

I was greeted by Sean. He was very perceptive and caught onto exactly what I was looking for. I got a detailed tour of each mattress according to my needs. The payment was easy to understand, and he told me exactly what I needed to do and what to prepare for when I receive my mattress. I am very happy with my experience and very excited to receive my new, long overdue mattress.

delivery men should have had booties on feet and attempted to close doors behind them. Were not satisfied with the beds being paired with each other when that was not requested. Since the problem was taken care of later, we are satisfied.

I have always bought mattresses from Metro Mattress. I paid for a Mattress and box spring to be taken. Box spring was left behind. Told today paid for it drop it off. Then they charged me 20.00 very disappointed

The sales staff was very helpful and at the same time not pushy at all. I actually learned a lot about selecting a mattress. I would recommend giving Metro Mattress a try.

I ordered the EZbase frame online and selected the delivery option which was more expensive than just shipping the product because the website indicated that this option included assembly. Delivery was scheduled for 6 to 9 pm on a Saturday. I had other plans during the day but was able to be home by 5:45pm. Starting around 4:40 pm the delivery team began calling me. They called me over ten times and left mutliple messages. Turns out they had finished early and I was the last call of the day. When I returned their calls, around 5:05 pm, the driver was very brusque. I indicated that I couldn't be home for another 30 minutes so I was willing to forgo the assembly and just have them leave the product. He said "We are not setting this up." I was confused and said that I had paid more for that option, and he just repeated that they refused to set it up. He told me they could wait or I could reschedule. Wanting to clarify the set up issue I opted to reschedule. I realize this man wanted his day to be over and was frustrated that I was not home, however he showed extremely poor customer service and outright lied to me. I went to the metro mattress store instead of going home and the salesperson indicated that, with only a few exceptions, most deliveries absolutely do come with set up. It was too late for the drivers to come back so we rescheduled for Monday night. I asked for some accommodations given the inconvenience. She said she would have to look into that and would call me back when she was next at work, that coming Tuesday. I have still not received a call. The 2nd delivery team was exceptional. Similar to the first, I was the last delivery of the day but they were friendly, effficient, and provided great customer service. Given this mixed experience I would think twice about using Metro Mattress again. I have had good experiences with the products, but I don't appreciate being lied to or treated rudely, or being ignored when I have made a request.

Everyone I encountered during the process was helpful and professional and Anthony (at the John Glenn location) was great ... very patient while I made my decision!

I did not like the person that I dealt with. He was a fast talker and I didn't realize until after I got home that the mattress was a
clearence mattress; which means you buy it as is and could not be returned if my granddaughter thought it to be uncomfortable. When I went back he assured me that the mattress I purchased had never been on display nor used.

Ryan at the John Glenn, Syraucse, NY store was the BEST salesman ever! He was very patient and explained everything in simple terms. Sometimes more than once, as I would ask lots of questions. It was like talking to a person I've known for years.

The salesman tried to sell me a $13000 bed! The cheapest he said he had was one for $6600! Seriously? Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Ryan and Ryan were both so helpful. I told them what I wanted to spend on a mattress for our son. They showed me everything available in that price range and a little above. They were very patient and knowledgeable of what each mattress offers. I felt so comfortable with the 2 and was a little bummed when I had to leave. Felt like I was with family. I felt confident I was not being taken advantage of. I was treated with respect and kindness. Ed was also there. He was very professional and personable. He offered me eggnog which I thought was so super kind . Again, felt more like a family gathering then mattress shopping. I would definitely recommend Metro Mattress to our friends and family. This is our 2nd mattress purchase since summer. Each experience was very pleasant. Our neighbor, Harry Clute, suggested your company to us. Harry has also been extremely helpful. I am very thankful for his suggestion. Definitely give a 10!!

When we walked into Metro Mattress, my husband and I were clueless on what to look for in a new mattress. So much has changed in the last 10 years since we bought our last mattress, which was also purchased through Metro Mattress. Jennifer came over right away and made us feel comfortable. She was very thorough educating us on many of the mattresses. She asked a lot of questions to understand what we needed and wanted in a mattress. After laying down and trying multiple beds, we found our mattress. We ended up purchasing a Tempur-Flex Breeze Queen set. We are excited for its delivery this week. I recently purchased a Tempur-pedic Hybrid mattress. I went to your John Glenn store, Syracuse, NY. Ryan, store manager, was the individual that assisted me. He was very knowledge and very detailed in his explanation of all the different types of mattress you had in your store. He took a lot of time with me. I did not feel rushed to make a fast decision. I would recommend to anyone to go to your John Glenn store and ask for Ryan to for his assistance.

My experience was fantastic! The young lady that sold me 2 twin sets was very knowledgebale and friendly. The two delivery men were great. They greated me with huge smiles and being the end of the day, I was very impressed. They were polite, quick to set up and did a great clean up. I would recommend MM to anyone looking for a great sales exprience that obvioulsy is based on the "perfect customer experience".

I got a mattress here a little over a year ago and it needs to be replaced already.

Ordered on-line and received a telephone call early the next day to arrange delivery. White glove delivery! Metro Mattress has been my mattress store of choice for 20 years. I did do some comparison shopping and as usual, Metro Mattress had the best price.

Mike and Terrance at the Amherst store were very helpful in adjusting our warranty claim . They were proactive when the manufacturer wasn't very cooperative. I appreciate their efforts on my behalf. Can recommend them highly.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ITHACA STORE...Less than a year ago, I purchased an antique bed. So beautiful!!! Not realizing a full (which I had) is not quite the right size. So now, I am on a search for a mattress. I stopped into Metro Mattress in Ithaca, explained my situation. Yes, I did measure it. Again, my ignorance shines thru, as the salesman says, I was just going thru the inventory, yada, yada, he just noticed one in stock, someone ordered it, and didn't take it, It is a $2000 mattress, I can have it for $1000. Yes, I buy it. My lucky day! No, it doesn't fit. The delivery driver spends an hour talkin me into keeping it. I did call my lovely car salesman leaving a message, it doesn't fit, BEFORE SLEEPING ON IT. That's it. It's almost paid for. Never, ever heard from anyone angain, except from the credit card, that wants me to buy more. REALLY!!!! Shop at a Professional mattress store. Not a car salesman store!!! Ever notice at the website ALL the reviews are 5 stars?

I placed my order with a gentleman by the name of Michael he assured me that I would be receiving in the product that I was searching for it was confirmed over our phone conversation which was quite extensive I was very specific and what I wanted I received my order on the day that he said it would arrive but it was not what I ordered I called I explained to him that I got the wrong product and asked if I could return and exchange it and he said no. this company is terrible they do not stand behind their products product was not the correct product I did not get what I ordered do not order from this company

Bought a mattress a fear years ago and needed to replace it. Inquired to see if it was under warranty still and Ryan C helped us and made the process very easy. It ended up being covered and when we went to get our new one he was so helpful. We also bought new pillows. He helped us to make sure we found the perfect ones for us. He took his time and made sure we were happy with everything before we left. HIGHLY recommend this store and him!

I actually ordered a bed, box spring and frame online. The process was simple & fast. They called within a couple hours and setup delivery for the very next day. Delivery was on time and products quality is good. The only reason I'm taking 1 star away is because the setup guys left a bar and some screws under the bed. Idk why. Not sure if they were extra parts or if they forgot to put the bar on and were too lazy to fix it. They didn't say anything about it. But it seems secure without it so idk.
