I recently purchased a Tempur-pedic Hybrid mattress. I went to your John Glenn store, Syracuse, NY. Ryan, store manager, was the individual that assisted me. He was very knowledge and very detailed in his explanation of all the different types of mattress you had in your store. He took a lot of time with me. I did not feel rushed to make a fast decision. I would recommend to anyone to go to your John Glenn store and ask for Ryan to for his assistance.
