If i could give negitive stars i would. We have been lied to on all along the process. Our matress was supposed to be delivered 7/25 we never got a call as promised and the matress was delovered to our billing address instead of where it was supposed to be. The manager wanted us to call back today so he could arrange for a delivery on Monday 7/27 Come to find out hes not working and even when bumped up to a supervisior nobody cares and was told we can only deliver on wednesday take it or leave it. Worst customer service EVER! Do not do business with this company

I was irritated that the loading dock could not open my tailgate. Nice gentleman, lame store policy.

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was very laid back and not pushy at all. He was very willing to work within my price point and got me a better deal than I could have ever hoped for! I highly recommend Metro Mattress in John Glenn if you re shopping for a new mattress.

Online ordering is simple, and quick. User friendly website in/out in 7 mins. I placed and order for pickup, I received a text message and a follow-up call it was ready to go. Great customer service.

My experience with the salesperson KennyG was excellent. I appreciated him sharing his knowledge of the structure of the therapedic mattress along with finding this type of mattress in their warehouse that fit my budget.

Called & spoke to Gabe. I had checked it out online beforehand so I knew what I wanted. Walked in the door...Gabe greeted me w mask on & and elbow bump & BOOM... done. My daughter gets her new mattress delivered the next day! Easy peasy! And she got a free set of sheets! Great experience!

Best service I ever had. Ordered on a Friday, was sleeping on my new mattress Saturday.

Really great experience at the Metro Mattress clearance and showroom store! Shawn was very helpful and was able to quickly help us determine what we liked and help us get an amazing clearance deal on a mattress which is exactly what we went there for! I have purchased three mattresses (all of them are still in great condition and used in various places) from this store and it really is the best for all budgets!

My son and I had a wonderful shopping experience. Ryan our salesman was very patient and kind in helping choose the right mattress for my 13-year-old son. My son is so excited and cannot wait for his mattress to be delivered. I would definitely recommend anyone going to see Ryan at the John Glenn store.

We had the good fortune to work with Kesaan Hill while searching for a new mattress. I can tell you that on average, folks wait two years beyond the time of knowing a new mattress is needed. I can tell you the reason why is because buying a mattress is ranked at 95 out of 100 as an enjoyable buying experience, equal to buying a new water tank! I learned these little facts from Kesaan. I can now say, as long as I can work with Kesaan, I wont wait two years and I'd rate the experience as top notch. He fully answered our endless questions, with humor even! He patiently...3 hours worth...weeded through all the indecisiveness. Kesaan worked hard to fit our budget, not line his pocket with commissions. He did all of this with professionalism. We need two more mattresses, we will be back to see Kesaan!

The salespeople here are experts. They truly want to get you into the BEST bed for you and your individual or couples needs. They make it into a science. The bed I got 2 weeks ago is by far the greatest one I've ever had in my life. They listened to hubby's and my needs. The delivery guys were so nice too!

Found many great choices especially a great deal that I'm sure I'm going to love. I searched other sites but Metro mattress was a pleasure to shop.

The in store service was excellent. There was no rush, no pressure and plenty of time to test multiple mattresses. The salesman knew his stock very well. The delivery was unimaginably fast - 7:30 the following morning. Deliverymen were very professional and polite. All in all it was a good shopping experience and I would recommend Metro Mattress.

We weren t sure what to expect when we walked into Metro Mattress but Ryan exceeded our expecteations. He was very knowledgeable and never pushy. We look forward to our new Tempur-Pedic bed for quite a long time!

Reasonable price, speedy delivery and removal of my old mattress and box spring. All around great job!

Zero stars if I could. All sales are final period. No matter what you buy you are stuck with it. I was talked into buying a $299.99 cooling mattress protector to get the 30 day comfort guarantee not knowing that it did NOT apply to the mattress protector. The mattress protector is thicker than a basic waterproof one and fits very tight and made the mattress hard. This mattress protector is not good for a spring air Jamestown mattress. This was my second purchase and my last from metro mattress.

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service we got from Ryan and Jenn! Very professional and knowledgeable and understood what our needs and price limit was and accommodated everything for us. We got our new mattress the next day! Could have had it the same day but was too late in making our decision. We love our adjustable base and new mattress and know we will be very happy with it for years to come! Thank you Metro Mattress you guys are #1!!

Ryan and Kevin were very helpful in choosing a mattress to meet our needs. We needed a mattress for a guest room before the Christmas holiday. We chose a mattress and our guests said they were very comfortable. However, I was a bit surprised to see an indentation already after only two weeks of use especially when a 5 year old mostly slept on it. I was assured of the good quality of the mattress and realize that some compression happens so hopefully this small compression is all that happens.

Loved this experience. They took the time to really help me figure out the perfect mattress for my needs that was in my price range!
