A sign of a good customer representative is that they get to know their customer s need and use their expertise to make the best recommendation which will be in the customer s best interest. Laura exhibited all these qualities when I took my parents to the store. She was very knowledgable, attentive and genuine. We had an amazing experience and bought what we needed. Thank you Laura!
