I own a Nissan Altima and I use the Riverside Nissan Center for all of my service needs. The service is good and I always know my car is getting the right parts. I would have given them a 5 star rating but sometimes they do have some off day's and their customer service is not so friendly when talking on the phone's. If you want the best service Mgr ask for Nick Mayne. I have never bought a new car there but the sales people seem nice enough. I have talked to them.

Liers I called I spoke to Jaylan to see if they had a car I seen on line he said they had it drove an hour to the dealer for them to say they just sold the car they can't sell cars so put good deals on line and lie to customers to get them to go to the dealer and try to sell them a car that is way more expensive don't go to this dealer you will regret it

Had my Honda serviced on 9/19/2020 oil change, my service advisor was not friendly what so ever nor did he make any recommendations . My service was completed walked near his office to pick up my keys while he was talking to his co- worker and didn t even acknowledge me. Conversation was not even business. Nick on the other side with Nissan is great, I get my Nissan truck serviced with him all the time. Last time getting my Honda serviced at this Honda dealer.

I was very skeptical initially that this would be a typical dealership with pressure sales and nonsense......well not Riverside Metro i found them to be professional, courteous, good natured folks; i was quite pleased with the wire transfer option:) Thank you Louis, James and Andrew @# Honda branch...thats the service you hope to get zero hustle, well done...oh there is Cafe Americano as you wait. So if the owner is reading this...your guys did well and Carmax, based in my home state in Virginia could be in for some trouble with that kind of service:) Later!

I bought my 2017 VW Golf Sport Alltrack here in 2017. I won't let any other dealership or service place touch my car. Ask for Martin. He's the service mgr. and very nice, professional and helpful.

Purchased 5 of my last vehicles there. Always very helpful and engaged. I've always worked directly with the managers though, so like any dealer, try and find a salesperson that works well with you. Ultimately the big positive is that you have 5 brands all together that you can cross shop and compare without driving to another dealer!

I forgot his name it it was maybe Omar and his buddie . They helped my mom and made us feel welcomed and she got the car she wanted. I HATE going to dealerships but this place was great and we got free tacos. Great customer service and I d highly recommend if you re a female and nervous. Thanks you guys

I have never made a comment on this website, or any other. I cannot stand the commercials for the Riverside Group. Each and everyone disgust me...however, I contacted their Honda Internet Manager and requested a quote on a 2016 Honda CRV.....Possibly I made a mistake by telling the representative of my dislikes of their commercials! After speaking with the representative for an extended period of time, providing her with my intention to lease a vehicle, I received a very subtle response. She assured me that I would be quickly contacted with the details of the lease. Not one returned call. Wow, what a dealership. I have leased for 35 years and am familiar how fleet and Internet managers work. They promptly provide the payment, terms and a detailed list of the leasing contract. Believe me those at this dealership are unprofessional to say the least. If you want to deal with reputable dealerships, you can try the following, with ultimate confidence: Honda of Esondido (Where I leased my CRV), DCH in Temecula, Spreen Honda in Loma Linda and Glendora Honda. Any dealer that asks what payments you want on a National Lease is more than likely not an "internet manager". They are most probably, just a salesperson.....Good Luck. I presently lease 3 new vehicles.

Went to replace broken windshield blades before the approaching storm. Outside in the parking lot a Honda service staff member noticed me struggling to pull off a blade. The gentleman asked if I needed help and helped me take off the part in a jiffy.
After I got my replacement parts, Mr. Scott Brady, who is the ultimate in customer service, saw my puzzled look evaluating the part and told me not to worry. He instantly found a service worker help in install the wipers on the spot. Many thanks to Mr. Brady and his team at the Honda service department. They definitely are top notch in customer care. Will see you next time for all my Honda car service needs.

Riverside Honda doesn't car about it's consumers. My roommate bought a 2008 Honda with only 107,000 miles on the car. She made only one payment when the check engine light came on. The car has bad positions which are going to cost almost 3000 to fix. The manager Mike McGann said that's what you get for purchasing a 2008. I thought hondas lasted for up to 200,000. They are saying the only option my roommate has is to fork out 3000 or do a voluntary repo on the car. (Which would mess up her credit). Pistons doesn't go bad over night this was an issue with the car before it was bought and the dealership needs to make this right. If I where you I would shop somewhere else.

Worst experience of our lifes! We had a set price at $18,999 for a 2017 Mazda 6 Touring. The email was sent by Kevin Fan. Juan ( Colombian) was our salesman. Usual gimmicks, like test drive the car and explanation of every gadget offered. We noticed that the car wasn't the one agreed upon. Juan said it was on the back but that the car was exactly similar in every aspect to the one we chose, except for the color. It also had add ons like Low Jack and fabric an paint protection which put $2,000 more on the price. My wife told Juan we weren't obligated to purchase those items and we wanted a car with no extras. He said that he would work out those items.
Once inside he asked for my ID and proof of insurance. He took my docs to a glass office where 3 guys where mostly on their phones. He came back, sat down and wrote his 4 squares page then set the car price at $29,000 and asked for $5,000.00 as a down payment. We disagreed on the price. We, again, asked for a car with no add ons. He said all will come down to a price we would like. It was EASTER SUNDAY. The place was EMPTY. We were the only customers at the time. He has left us alone for over 20 minutes, thus I asked the receptionist to call him back. He came back and I told him we were not happy and we're leaving. He went inside to the office, said something to the lazy guys in there and then, only then, one started punching his computer with my licence on hand. He told us it would be a little more time; I told him that the deal was dead and needed my license back. He went to get it. But he stayed talking to the lazy guy with my DL on his hand. I told the receptionist we were leaving and that they could keep my license, as I could reported stolen by Mazda Riverside employees. I also stated that we were kept in the dealership against our will. As we exited Juan came in and handed me my docs. Said he was sorry.
I will never do business with this group.

Just talked to the Service Manager he is making it all Right! Very personal and wanted to make sure I was happy! I have never experienced this! Im so amazed at how wounderful he was in solving this problem! I will take all business here and I will let everyone I know how that Martin Ramirez service manager of VW of Riverside is a man of his word and that's so rare these days ! Thank-you so much !

This is about their Honda department. We got the lowest price quote online from them and then we called back to make sure that we would only pay that price plus tax/license fees. No more hidden fees. It turned out to be a big lie. First, they wanted to force me to put 1/3 down payment and then tried to sell me a 5% loan while all honda dealer is advertising 0.9% loan. After they ran my credit check, they told me that they have to increase the price by another $2000 because they installed some useless dealer options on all new cars. They wasted me 1 hour drive and treated me like a fool.

Do your self a favor and avoid riverside metro Volkswagen! The unprofessional team and specially the management. They tell you that need to do a soft check on your credit, but in reality is a big impact! Second the way they talk to me, made me feel depressed honestly. I highly would not recommend this location. I look at a car on Thursday and pick it up Friday and it had new scratches! They way they where explaining to me, made me feel like I put that scratch there, even thou I didn t take the car home! They where pressuring me to purchase the car without allowing me to go first to my own bank! The whole experience was horrible. Avoid this location at all cost

Great place easy process! No hidden fees or surprises they even texted me a few days later to see how my service was I really appreciate that! Will be going back if I never need additional auto body services
