EDIT: Changing star rating based on managements handling of a bad situation. Basically I went for a to go brunch and 20 mins later got cold food and had bad service at the location. Management reached out to me to try to make the situation right, and based on that I feel at least the entity that is behind mesh are professional and care about both good and bad experiences at their restraurants.
Had a great time. Food was really good, and so were the cocktails.
Great brunch! We were there for the Indy 500 week and it was quiet with a nice patio and great food/service.
Overall, I really enjoyed Mesh. The service was excellent, drinks were well made, and the food was delicious. My only real complaint is that the portions for the entree (at least what I got) were a bit small. I'm not one who overly enjoys stuffing myself, so I do appreciate when portions are kept within reason, but after eating at Mesh for dinner, I woke up the next morning ravenous. I had the monkfish, which was very tasty... but it was literally 4 fish nuggets on a bed of greens with 6 tiny peeled potatoes. It would have made a great appetizer.
Very good food, higher end atmosphere, extensive wine list. Good for business dinners.
Great food - a bit of a twist on some of our favorite dishes. The environment is trendy and calm - staff friendly.
Don't miss out on Mesh. Great people, great food and a great atmosphere! Hido, my server, was very attentive and helpful! Will be back again ASAP!
I've never had a meal here that was less than excellent.
Calamari had an Asian type sauce that paired well with the calamari. Lots of lobster chunks in the lobster bisque with a tiny hint of spice, perfectly prepared. Scallops were nice size served with lobster risotto - everything was delicious. Service was great!
Great food, good location on Mass Ave, a little pricey, and service was a little slow and had an issue with our reservation. Need more specialty drinks!
Went during Devour Indy had probably the best fillet that I have ever had. 10/10 would go again.
At the tail end of anyone's monday, finding yourself at mesh is probably the best idea I've had in a while. Our server was so polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and the food was very good. Cocktail menu made me think, which wa refreshing, like what ingredients are those! I love stuff that inspires me to research. The wine that my friend got for our entree choices was such a good pairing, I can't wait to come back and do wine and dinner! Highly recommend!
One of my fave Cunningham Group restaurants. And they gave a good weekend brunch.
The food and service were outstanding. We both got steak, and the meat was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is inviting, and the restaurant is quiet.
Very nice food. Took about 20-30 minutes to be seated despite restaurant being only 60 percent full.

This place was quite amazing. The chicken apple wood salad was delicious as an appetizer, but could have easily been an entree. It was a very good size and I'm someone who typical eats a lot. 215lb muscular male.
the 12oz NY Strip was tasty and seasoned well, but I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was more well done, 0 pink or red in the middle. However, my girlfriends filet mignon was cooked perfectly and delicious.
It was cold outside, but a little too warm inside. My date and I were sweating a little and somewhat uncomfortable. We asked the waiter and he said he knows it's hot and other people have said something, but nobody knows why it was so hot. He said he would mention to someone again. That was no help. We looked up and noted the room they put us in had about 14 vent outlets so that probably had to do with why it was so warm.
The restaurant setting and design was beautiful and our waiter was friendly. Aside from the temperature it was overall a pretty good place which I assume they will fix at some point.
We have a great time everytime we visit. The staff is great and food is amazing.
We had a 2pm reservation this past Sunday and 55 minutes still didn't have or food. Only people on the patio and we were forgotten about and our food was put in wrong. Still we never eat and was there for a birthday celebration. Thanks for ruining the day.
This is our first visit to Mesh, suggested by my hubby's coworker. Ritchie was our waiter & perfectly attentive for our date night dinner. We started with the Kung Pao calamari, very flavorful, calamari lightly breaded & tender. Then ordered off the Devour Indy menu. Hubby had lobster bisque to start. It was sweet & flavorful, I had the mixed greens salad, so yummy! Hubby had the filet, fork tender, it was a tad over cooked but not enough to send it back. I had the beef short ribs, really good curry sauce, would order them again. We were too full for dessert so that came home with us. Overall, a great experience!
The portobello mushroom sandwich was fire! Sooooo good! Fries were so good too! Def will be back!

We visited Mesh for a private celebration so I can't speak to normal service and setting. However, we enjoyed Mesh very much. We tried the Salmon and the Filet. The Filet was amazing. The Salmon had a sweet sauce that wasn't described as such on the menu. It was ok but definitely paled in comparison to the Filet. My husband's favorite item of the night was the calamari appetizer. He said it was the best he has eaten and could have just had that for dinner.
Absolute best breakfast in Indianapolis. Been a lot of places and this is the best. 6 stars.

Mesh and I have an interesting relationship. I am never disappointed by this place. However, I always am left with little memory of the experience and somehow the place doesn't stand out of ordinary. I can't put my finger on it. FWIW, we went here recently with some out of town friends and everyone was very happy with the food.
I went here yesterday for the first time with a friend for lunch. Great food and top-notch service. Although I live an hour away, I would not hesitate to come back.

Service could have been a little more attentive (had to keep waving for attention when we needed stuff and there was a long gap between getting our first course and being visited again to take our main order).
Seemed like the servers working the floor were stretched thin, in charge of too many tables at once. It happens. At the price point this restaurant is, was expecting a little more attentiveness from the wait staff, and not having to keep waving for assistance at every stage of the meal, but there's only so much a server can attend to if the place is short-staffed.
Still had a pleasant time and look forward to a return visit.
Very good! Not usually in the area, but stopped in while passing through Indy. Everything was top notch.
Very good food. Very nice atmosphere. Great staff. The menu is pricey. But the food was great. Had the house salad with chix added. It was a good salad, nice portions.
Pros: solid menu from front to back (especially the seafood options and the available wines), comfortable seating and courteous management.
Cons: atmosphere leaves something to be desired (at least in the back seating room where the noise and lighting are not ideal) and the wait staff is not very attentive.
Overall a decent place for a meal, but I'd recommend going on a slower night so noise isn't as much of an issue.

Great atmosphere and very nice food. Highly recommended for couple to have a date night. The restaurant decoration is very good. However, the design of restroom, a translucent glass for the door, is a little bit odd for my girlfriend.
Horrible place. My wife and I got seated and it went downhill quick. Someone dropped off water and didn t even say hi. Then we waited about 15-20 mins for our server to come to us. She was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in us being there. Once we got our food, it was salty and very small portions. I ordered the risotto and the rice wasn t even fully cooked.
Amazing service, amazing food and relaxing atmosphere. I love to try new dishes and this place delivers. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Can't say enough about it.
Rude staff and underwhelming food. Was recommended and had great reviews but 1. The hostess was maybe the rudest person I have ever met (brunette) and verbally scolded our table for be upset at having to wait over an hour.. then 2. They ran out of half the food items they rave about (e.g. Salmon). They did go ahead and comp our dessert, but the hostess being rude was actually crazy. I hope Mesh figures out how to have better staff.
Roasted pork chop was great, Lagavulin a bit too watered down, however.
Big thanks to Josh Smith for a great night. Mom was in town from Jersey for her birthday. I took her to Mesh to show her that Indiana was a food and wine destination. Was not disappointed. The devour menu was a hit, with it culminating in the bread pudding that was to die for. The wine selection was amazing and the service was excellent. Shout out to our server Chandler for taking care of us. Will definitely be coming back. Was a hit with mom (notoriously hard to please).

Came here for my bachelorette party on a Friday night and they surprised me with a treat, service is pleasant and the atmosphere is great for conversation. I got the scallops and they were excellent. Everyone at my table cleaned their plates!
Attracted by the colorful pictures (fish with the green soup, ahi, and the ice cream jars). But all the pretty dishes are no longer available. Quite disappointed. Ordered Scallops $31.00, Snapper $30.00, and Char-Grilled Shrimp $15.00. Good seafood, just not as pretty as advertised.

Even on a nice day it feels a bit dark in here. The food sounded good but was a touch bland. There are much better places in Indy!
My husband and I had dinner here recently with a friend. It had been on our list of places to try sometime. We had a great experience. The atmosphere is relaxed but also classy. We didn't feel like we had to dress up, but it was a place where you could and not be out of place. We had a bottle of wine and ordered some parmesan fries as an appetizer. My husband had the filet, and I had the amish chicken. Both were delicious. We also had the chocolate creme brulee for dessert. It was unique and tasty. It's definitely a little pricey, but everything was delicious and we had good service.

Great place for dinner or brunch! Went there for a small engagement brunch last Saturday and the fruit plate as well as the chicken and waffles were amazing. This is a favorite of my friend group as there's always a great menu selection, great drinks and a fun, upscale yet casual vibe.

My wife and I found Mesh when we decided to walk Massachusetts Avenue and couldn't have been happier. Nice elegant just right up our alley exactly what we love, and we don't mind paying for the experience when it's good. I understand they change there menu regularly but we had the brussel sprouts ah gratin and OMG they were superb if you were ever going to make something simi permanent these are one that needs to be it. We also had the charcuterie plate also very good but really paled in comparison to the brussel sprouts, nevertheless another place we can't wait to return to thank you for helping make my wifes birthday weekend a memorable one.
