Expensive but worth it. Creative and varied menus. Good place for either tapas or great steak and sea food. Service is excellent.

Our first experience was great! Very relaxed atmosphere, didn't feel rushed at all, food was great as was the staff!
This place has my attention! The best food, chartecurie and atmosphere!
Food was amazing! Service was exceptional. Ambiance (we sat on back patio) the was fantastic. Just such a great time. Definitely will be back. Cunningham Restaurant Group never disappoints!! A+
Service and food quality were not in line with the price. I expect more when I pay this much.
Love this place. Service is slow sometimes, but always polite and the food is great.
Always a reliable place for a great meal with great wine selection and atmosphere.
Eggs Benedict were not good at all. Tasted like pre-made hollandaise and eggs were rubbery. I enjoyed outdoor seating.
We were seated quickly. Our server Bethany was awesome. The food was good.
Very nice facility, great bar with friendly, knowlegable bartender (pretty too). Service for dinner was above average, the server made a mistake with one of our orders but it was rectified promptly and correctly.
I would go back given the opportunity.
Brunch was good but had trouble getting our order correct. Made a nice recovery but then misplaced the "doggie bag". Might go again but there's so many alternate options on Mass. Ave
Good food and great atmosphere. A little pricey for what you get, but it is delicious.
Good food, a bit pretentious. Friendly service. It was busy in the bar where we ate, which made it loud and caused slower service than I expected. Perhaps a server didn't show.
Nice quiet place to have drinks or dinner. Great happy hour discount. Good option if you want to avoid the rowdier places.
Delicious food and good service. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices.
Very good food. I was skeptical about the menu since it is eclectic, not quite "chef driven," but close. Everyone was happy with their selection. We had a large table of 12 adults and 3 children and everyone was served with 2 minutes of each other. Our primary server was wonderful.
CRG has the best restaurants. Menu is always delicious, staff is friendly, patio is cozy. Plus, half price bottles on Sunday!
Mesh is part of the Cunningham group of restaurants, and that entire family of restaurants have always been stellar to us. Mesh is no exception.
I took a chance on something I'd never even heard of before---Mufulletta, and it was simply amazing. The accompanying French fries were almost...ALMOST...as good as the sandwich.
Our server was professional and friendly and made some recommendations on the menu that were spot on for us. We'll certainly return.
The staff, as always, is friendly and knowledgeable about the food (and specifically the specials). Tonight was a busy night due to being during Devour Downtown but I wouldn't have noticed based on the way the staff (front of house and back of house handled everything. They are true professionals of their crafts.
Nice establishment, while waiting to be sat on Valentine's day, a guy (probably mentally handicapped)often seen downtown wandered in and asked my wife for her seat in the waiting area. She obliged. Staff noticed and promptly sat us and gave us a free appetizer, which was not necessary, but appreciated, the way they handled the guy was with dignity and respect, I honestly didn't expect it. They went above and beyond.
Great place, wonderful service, clean tables, and delicious food.
Food is good, service is good the place is just not to big enough to handle 3 group for party of 8 it's too tight and the noise is terrible specially when women have too much to drink.
In summer, the patio is delightful! Delicious menu options too.
Service and food were both on par with our expectations. We'll definitely be returning!
It was good the staff was ok. Not exactly stellar but good.
The waiting staff were fabulous. We had reservations and we're seated immediately. Our waiter was delightful and knowledgeable. Of course we started with the shrimp cocktail which was amazing. Then we ordered our food was delicious and worth every penny. We got lobster bisque as our soup, and it was the best I had ever tasted. Our steaks were huge...
Always great food. Parking can be an issue but it is everywhere on Mass Ave.
Our favorite Sunday Brunch spot. Excellent service and fantastic food.
Probably home to my favorite dessert at any restaurant (pictured). It's an up-scale place but accessible (don't need coat or slacks). This place I can't recommend enough. Every food item is so well done and thoughtful in it's combinations. Great drink list, good selection of food without being overkill, and fun atmosphere. One of our new favorites in Indy
Went here for our Christmas lunch compliments of our boss. The food is not like your typical restaurant. It's daring and delicious! The service was over the top great. Wonderful atmosphere.
Wonderful Crab cakes. All meat. No fillers. Gluten-free. Great drinks!
Great place to dine with family, they serves best tasting food. Servers are all prompt and friendly.
Excellent atmosphere. The variety food selection is impressive including the happy hour drink selection. Ordered the pesto linguine and my husband order the stripe steak. Our meal and appetizer was delivered with good timing and the server had explicible timing.
Great Restaurant
Excellent food, the waiters know when to be near your table and how far to stay away so as not to be invasive. I will always go again. Always an enjoyable experience
Menu was ok. A bit pricey for location. Staff was great, very professional. But it seemed like all the minorities was sitting on oneside away from from everyone.
Food & service were super pleasing. The sweet potato chips - can't help to finish them off even though your tummy is full. The ambience, decor is relaxing & appealing.
This place is always great. Menu changes regularly and there's something to delight everyone.
Good food, but the service is lackluster and the prices are a bit too much for the food offered.
Mediocre. I expected more. Halibut Tacos we re dry and not much flavor. In the dining area where we sat, it wasn t as special as the website. I could have stayed in Carmel and found a more unique place to celebrate a 50th Anniversary. We were looking for more of a city feel. I also think my brother got food poisoning from the scallops too.
Had reservations and was seated promptly, however my experience goes downhill from there. My boyfriend and I (both under 21) felt dismissed immediately by our waitress when we she asked if we wanted to look at the drink menu and we had to politely decline. The menu did not reflect the "Trendy gathering place with a patio for inspired farm-to-table cuisine" purported online. While a small note was put on the bottom of the menu about their farms, I found the 'farm to table' connection I have gotten at other restaurants severely lacking. The menu didn't feel inspired by farm to table principles whatsoever, which would be fine if it wasn't advertised as farm to table.
We ordered the crostini trio for an appetizer (note you really only get three pieces of crostini) and while it was fine, I don't think I would order again. For my entree I got the scallops with parisienne gnocchi, vanilla-parsnip puree, and orange marmalade. The scallops (you get 3) were seared wonderfully and tasted great with the orange marmalade. The parisienne gnocchi however, were dry and unappealing. I realize they are suppose to be a crisp, airy version as opposed to regular gnocchi, however these just did not do it for me and felt like dry, hollow shells of what gnocchi are supposed to be. The other piece of the dish, the vanilla-parsnip puree, was sickly sweet and I could not figure out what on the plate it was supposed to complement.
My boyfriend ordered the steak frites and the fries were amazing! However the steak was pretty basic and not cooked to his order (medium, and it came out on the rare side of medium-rare). He would've sent it back, however our waitress was not very attentive to our table, instead more involved with the larger groups.
I am extremely disappointed with this visit. I was expecting to love it (I'm a sucker for farm-to-table- concepts) but I felt brushed aside as we weren't ordering drinks or a larger group. Maybe we just had an unlucky night or a poor server, but I won't be revisiting any time soon.
Good food and great location - be careful with the spicy garlic shrimp. Be aware dinner for two will run you north of $60 though.
Slow service and wait. The food was good, but for the price there are better places where you get even larger portions like St. Elmos. I probably wouldn t go again, but it was a fun one time visit.
Service ...Very good...Food...Very good...However, Friday night is a busy night, took to long much time from ordering to getting the dinner. It's a wait, but it is good!
Nice, upscale place. Our server was Kyle, he was phenomenal. This man deserves a raise or promotion. The food was amazing, and they have gluten free and vegan options. If you come here, request Kyle!
Im very impressed.. i didn't know this was such a fancy place. But the food was so good.. and the atmosphere on Mass Ave. Was awesome as well.. loved it..
The Thai soba noodle dish was great. The hoisin sauce had a nice flavor and all of the vegetables were fresh and well cooked. The tofu was also cooked well with a slightly crispy outside. The beer list was also impressive with a large selection of local beers.
I must say, the service from our waitress and the meat waiter was impressive. Every time our plates were about to be emptied they were at our sides asking what else they could bring. An excellent meal, paired with great drinks and super fast service made this place a winner. Hopefully we can return someday soon.
This place used to be good.. They have clearly cut corners to save money or something. Food is uneventful but still pricey. I'd suggest going to many other choices in the area.
Atmosphere was great. Waiter got my order wrong twice amid didn't seem at all knowledgeable about anything other than the desserts, which is a very poor selection. Won't be going back there and won't recommend it to any of my friends.
Our server, Jared, was great! Very friendly, attentive, and helped with menu questions. I ended up getting the lobster bisque appetizer which was portioned for a single person and was the perfect precursor for dinner. I also had the spinach salad with warm bacon dressing and added salmon cooked medium rare. The salmon addition was amazing and cooked to perfection. The salad with the warm bacon dressing was also fantastic. I'll definitely be returning and looking forward to trying more meal options.
Took a date here. From service to atmosphere to product... I could not be more impressed - as was she!
The food is delicious and the staff is stop shelf! Professional and courteous! I would highly recommend going. It is pricey but definitely worth it!
The help at the bar do a very poor job of getting drinks and food out.
And for the cost of what your paying for.
I've been coming here for years, But if this keeps up our group will be taking our money elsewhere. Ps, they always leave all the dirty glasses on the table
Had the best scallop dish I've ever had here! Our waitress was attentive and friendly, can't wait to come back!
I came here for a Saturday date night with my husband and we made a reservation. If you are driving, leave in advance and expect to park quite quite a ways away. It is near some of the busiest bars on Mass Ave. The hostess was nice and accommodated my husband and I well by putting us in a quiet, secluded booth. The tables are formally set with wine glasses and the seating is comfortable. Our waitress seemed a bit pushy on ordering drinks, appetizers, and deserts. She did not seem truly genuine or interested in providing a warm experience. If you decide to patron here, please know that the menu is very limited and extremely pricey. Before the food came out, I honestly wanted to leave. When it was delivered, my attitude changed as the presentation of the dishes were spectacular. The food was absolutely amazing and had great flavors that paired very well. It was healthy, portion controlled, and was of phenomenal quality. My only complaint is that the shrimps should be presented without the tail. In the future, I would probably not come back because of the price and I did not care for the overall experience. However, I would recommend for others to try Mesh at least once. Pricey or not, the food was delicious.
Disappointed!
The first few time we can here the food was phenomenal, it was on the same level as Vida. Tonight was the complete opposite. The only dish m y wife and I had the only that we had which was remotely warm was the soup. One would think of you re spending over $100 per person you could expect the food to be at least be warm.
This being a CRG establishment one would expect better, but this same issue has now happened at two of their restaurants. We definitely will not be returning to Mesh as there are plenty of other restaurants on Mass Ave that are able to serve food warm.
Nice variety on the menu with many local ingredients. Setting is on hip Mass Avenue for a taste of this near downtown hotspot.
The food is pretty awesome! My only qualm is that they try to insist that you sit at a certain table even though you request otherwise. I.e. I like both seats even when dining alone but I must've gone back 'n forth with the hostess 4 times before she finally allowed me to sit at one by myself. ..even though there were only 4 other tables occupied and therefore practically empty.
Everything on the menu looked great! I enjoyed their scallops. Sean, our server was very kind and knowledgeable.
Lamb Shank was good but slightly overcooked. Filet was also good. Nice place to enjoy dinner but a bit pricey for what you actually get.
Decent food and nice atmosphere. Server was still learning the menu and fare. Calamari was cooked perfectly and the wine selection was ample. Would go here again, after several others on the list were hit.
Service was very good. Food was excellent - though the Bloody Mary was - eh. Very nice atmosphere. They do prefer people to make reservations but are very willing and flexible to take walkins. Highly recommend!
Sushi is so good, but u cannot be in a hurry. Wait is way too long. Price is very fair.
Out of all the restaurants on Mass Ave, I'd go here first. We kind of had a weird experience this evening because we tried to order 3 times after we were seated and kept feeling like we were being put off. The food is great. I recommend it.
Great food and service! We had 5 different meals and all were great, but the standout choices were the lobster mac and cheese, pork chops, and the truffle aioli fries. The lobster M&C was more like a lobster pasta dish with an amazing cream sauce! The turtle dessert with Graham cracker ice cream at the end was fantastic! This is definitely a pricier place to eat, but the quality service (Joel) and dishes made it worth it!
