Menu options sounded delicious, but in fact were not at all. We left after appetizers. Each item we selected was loaded with fillers and had very little of the main feature, i.e. the mushroom appetizer was mushy stuffing without any mushroom texture or flavor and the brussel sprout au gratin was a dish of baked cream cheese with slivers of brussel sprouts on top. The assorted breads... and without any interesting spreads. Additionally, the server was either sad, depressed or just very flat in affect, but unenjoyable nonetheless.

Waiter was great, if you come ask for Hanna. Food was alright. The service made up for the food. Good job Hanna .

Deserves a little more than 4 stars. Had the steak and eggs, fantastic. I will definitely be going back.

Nice hipster restaurant in a hipster part of Indianapolis. Though it was a weekend, it was not busy. Good service. The staff was attentive.
It was pricey.
Dinner for four, one appetizer, no drinks, no desserts, and buying average priced plates: Total: $149 before tip.
Good atmosphere. Great company with friends. Food was delicious.

Wow is this place good, although I will say do not eat here unless you want to spend some money. We would frequent here often if we would not go broke doing so.

A favorite of the Cunningham Restaurants. Love the lobster bisque, martinis, fresh dinner menu and the Sunday brunch.

The decor resembles a suburban McMansion. The food is good, but not an especially good value. The staff are friendly.

Food was very disappointing. Lots of other good places to pick from nearby.

This was our second time coming here and overall it was just a big disappointment. The first time we came, it was wonderful and the waitress was personable, knowledgeable and on it. The food was great and the whole evening was a win. Tonight, a few months later, the waitress was definitely polite and knew about the drinks and food. But the food tasted alright, maybe good at best, and she eventually only came by a time or two here and there, even though each time she was still polite. Overall feel like the second time was a let down compared to the first time. So I would say it's currently hit or miss going here at the moment.

The restaurant is very beautiful and we ate upstair in a private semi circle booth for 4. The food was good but not great as was the service Not many vegetarian offers. I did receive a delicious dessert for my birthday. I would try again if we were in the area. Great environment, professional, friendly, attentive staff. Visited with small group and environment and atmosphere perfect. Gourmet type food and drinks.

Horrible service! Sat down at upper level bar and 2 employees behind the bar never even greeted us!
Went down to lower level bar to give them a second chance. They blew it! Bartender not friendly at all.
Waited 45 min for our food. 3 couples who came in after us got their food 10 to 15 min before us! Not cool...

We went on a busy night, however all the employees were very patient and kind. And the food was amazing! The vegan spaghetti squash was out of this world.

Absolutely amazing place to eat. Perfect service and the food is just as awesome. Highly recommend the meat and cheese board, which rotates through many local artisan products. New York strip is great and finished off with the bread pudding. Great beer selection along with very generously poured cocktails!

The meal was well prepared and the portions were quite adequate. The atmosphere was very casual.

We've been here twice now. Very special... staff is fantastic and makes you feel like special guests no matter who you are. Our recent visit had been to celebrate both our anniversary and my husband's birthday... when we got to our table there was personalized bday and anniversary cards on our tables... signed by numerous St. Elmo's staff. Nice touch!...

This place is an upscale restaurant/bar that has great food, great service and a waaayyyy extensive bar menu.. I think I counted "5" pages (front and back)..whatever drink you want, I'm sure they have it! The list of alcoholic beverages includes cocktails (eclectic cocktails ), Wine's, Brandy's, Whiskey's, Scotch's, Tequilas, Vodka' s, and Bourbon's..and there are SO many options of each libation that I mentioned!
The entree's are upscale for this "bar" type setting, so come as you are, and make it a "girl's" night or "guy's" night or a date night!! There are also screen tv's located at the bar that show live sports. Also, thr prices are moderate. We only spent $100 for lunch (but that included "3" glasses of Macallan, a glass of Moscotto, "4" appetizers, "2" entree's, coffee and "2" beverages..Bon Apetite!!

Outstanding spot for delicious American food. Food was so yummy. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again.

Very tasty. Mushroom and artichoke soup is very tasty! Meatballs are a must have.

Mostly the service, paid cash, waited for my change and the server never returned. $32 for a small cup of soup and a small salad,and a berlini, and of course ordered coffee which was barely warm. Overall, had to return the original "white bean" soup due to it having meat in it which was NOT listed, and requested a fresh HOT coffee, the server made repeated excuses, it seems that she should've called in if she was unable to perform her duties. I tip extremely well for good service, but since she never returned my change along with my service, she just got the cents leftover from my bill. Since more people are doing vegetarian diets, they really need to list all ingredients, not just a few.

Mesh never disappoints. I've had so many dishes here and they are always good. Service is usually good as well.

The food and service were good. I would like to go back and try some other things on the menu. The pork chop was really good and I thought the scallops were cooked perfectly. The staff was really nice everyone seemed in sync and working as a team.

Fancy but affordable. Great atmosphere, loved the back patio area. The menu is minimalist but very good. I loved their gournet grilled cheese and my cousin loves their chicken sandwich and parmesan fries and the lobster bisque is especially good.

This is a big restaurant with plenty of space. Reservations are recommended but not necessarily on a weekday. The ambience is lovely. We started with an order of house breads and it was delicious. Definitely recommend. The grilled cheese sandwich is pretty good and the fries are just like the ones in Bru Burger. The portion size is plenty. We have had the Spaghetti Squash entree before and always loved it, so this time we tried the Parmesan Cauliflower. Overall the dish is okay, but is let down by the beans, which tastes like it came straight out of a can. The Creme Brulee is perfect though. We will come again, but would stick to the Spaghetti Squash.

We dined here as part of our devour downtown & really enjoyed all the food we tried. The wine list is extensive and the cocktails are very well done. We will be back to try something from the full menu!

All the food was delicious, and the cocktails were also fun to try. Lobster bisque was the highlight of my meal!

I only had martinis (1/2 price) and they were great. Good service.

The staff was nice which was a great comeback. The first time we attempted to have lunch no one ever came to the front to greet us so we left. I got the burger upon recommendation. However it wasn't worth the price. I would stick with bru burger for re burger and try something else.

Very good food. I was skeptical about the menu since it is eclectic, not quite "chef driven," but close. Everyone was happy with their selection. We had a large table of 12 adults and 3 children and everyone was served with 2 minutes of each other. Our primary server was wonderful.

Good food great waitress! I wish I could remember her name. We were there in the afternoon, and our waitress has a daughter. As a result, she has run out of money to finish her tattoo sleeve.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Don't usually get roast chicken, but this one was delicious and very tender. Happy hour cocktails (even with top shelf liquor). Didn't pay, so don't know what the final bill came to, but I am guessing it was about $70 per person including a couple drinks each and dessert.

An excellent hallmark of the Cunningham Group, Mesh offers a nice range of cuisine and seating areas. This is a Mass Ave mainstay and continues to be a great choice.

We dined here during devour downtown and had a great evening. The food was tasty and well presented. I'm a stickler for service, and I was *very* impressed with how knowledgeable our server was. She was great at recommending dishes from the menu and even better at recommending food and wine parings.

Steak is delicious, pasta is a touch overcooked, cocktails are on point. Overall this place has a great atmosphere, I was just hoping for better pasta.

I've eaten here about half a dozen times now. It's a quiet place, but they have a ton of space. The bar can get loud when there's something big going on.
The service has always been fantastic, and they are always willing to accommodate whatever you want.

This restaurant has very good omelets. This place is definitely a favorite for my friends and family

I really wanted to give this place 4-5 stars but it simply was not extraordinary for the price. The service decent, the recommended risotto really didn't wow me, and the atmosphere is slightly off between very dim lighting to the point where I couldn't hardly see the fine print menu and music that is loud enough to be disruptive. The restaurant was nice overall but not a place I would likely visit again.

The steak is as good if not better than most of the steak houses in Indy
