Your inability to read medical records is apparent. You use the same neurologist for my initial denial and my appeal which goes against your own member handbook guidelines. You use statistics from a small study that is contraindicated by several other larger and better studies. I haven t had the medication I need or six weeks because you bureaucrats only see the cost of my medication. It take months to file a grievance against your do no help department. I m sure someone will get scolded momentarily due to them denying me medication that keeps my motor nerves functioning. Get your company in order.

The HR department took a long time to get back with me regarding any status on the interview. Multiple instances of promised follow-up were not completed by HR staff. Seems like a good company to work for, but the interview process was very unprofessional.
Horrible place that "Redlines" health insurance just like car insurance. It's funny how certain people get the medication they need,and others don't! A bunch of kids happy to have titles and not help,a bunch of liars,and don't mind contributing to the opiate epidemic by turning a blind eye to abuse. They're all about the money,not concerned with the members well-being!
