Your inability to read medical records is apparent. You use the same neurologist for my initial denial and my appeal which goes against your own member handbook guidelines. You use statistics from a small study that is contraindicated by several other larger and better studies. I haven t had the medication I need or six weeks because you bureaucrats only see the cost of my medication. It take months to file a grievance against your do no help department. I m sure someone will get scolded momentarily due to them denying me medication that keeps my motor nerves functioning. Get your company in order.
