Today after Two (2) hours of disconnections by the Sba, we were 'FINALLY' connected to Wendel, for Tech Support for the SVOG Application Process... and What a God-Send Wendel was 1) Professional 2) Extremely Knowledgeable - 3) Wendel exercised an amazing amount of patience as he utilized several options to assist my brother to navigate the verification challenge. He was able to maintain a calm disposition, further in the resolution, he was able to think constructively and offered a share screen that helped my brother who is technically challenged.
