Room was filthy, mold in shower, stains on carpet ...

Room was filthy, mold in shower, stains on carpet and curtains, dust and dirt everywhere. But the reception staff are wonderful and it's a good location. The staff made this place 3 stars if it wasn't for their great customer service and kindness I would have rated 1 star based on just the room itself
