Mercure Convention Center Ancol - Jakarta Reviews

Hotel Mercure Convention Center Ancol is a four-star hotel that is quite favored by visitors or tourists, both domestic and foreign tourists. This hotel is one of the largest hotels in the tourist area of Ancol beach. Most of the view faces the beach, so you can freely enjoy the beauty of the sea.

This hotel has a wide selection of rooms from standard, superior, deluxe, grand deluxe, to executive ocean. All the rooms are clean, neat, and spacious (it doesn't seem cramped). This hotel also has a restaurant that has delicious, delicious food and suits the appetites of Indonesians and foreigners alike. There are also sports facilities, playground, SPA, etc.

There are many recreational areas around this hotel, as part of the Ancol Dreamland Playground.

hotels seemed nice at first glance...however... my room stank of smoke and the hotel's solution was to give me a noisy detoxifier. I told them i want to change rooms or they need to find the smoker and make them stop... however they just kept saying they will find a solution but nothing ever happened. The smoke smell came and left as the smoker smoked and the detoxifier just helped so that the smell didnt linger longer than 30minutes. I called numerous times to the reception to complain then finaly lost my cool at checkout time, where upon their solution was to give me free late checkout in the same room that stank of smoke. Problem resolution was very poor.

On another note, the towels, duvet and accessories are quite worn, due a replacement. the breakfast sweet stuff was nice (pancakes etc ..) however the savoury was below par and most was depleted and replacement took forevs.

They say bubur ayam but no ayam at all, they should call it bubur kecap , bihun goreng little dry, lontong sayur without ayam/telur semur or krupuk...

But, they have Nice swimming pool, n kids playground so its very recommended for family staycation ,

Departing the morning is more economical Rp. 10 rb to enter Ancol. The fresh air of the beach is quite clean. Children are happy and will return in the near future and become a pretty good exercise routine.

Good, only the hotel building is a bit old like that.

The food was good but not the room. You can take a walk and go to the seashore trough their backdoor

I stayed at the Mercure Ancol on May 5, 2017, I chose a grand deluxe room with a balcony, the room was large, and very comfortable for us as a family with 2 small children ..

The facilities at Mercure are very good, especially for children, they are very spoiled with the kids club, a special swimming pool for children, clowns who arrive while they are swimming and to my surprise, Mercure is very concerned with children's fun, so there is a special breakfast stall area for anak2 .. 4 thumbs up for Mercure Ancol

On the day I checked in I told him that my husband was having a birthday, and without further ado, Mercure offered to help me give a surprise ... of course I was very happy, another added value of this hotel in my eyes ... and right at the time I had I promised, Dr. Mercure's team, namely Ms. Kunkun, Mas Aji, Mas Riky and Mas Dimas came to the room with a cake and sang to surprise my husband ... my husband was certainly very surprised and happy, and one more thing, the cake was delicious. .

The experience of staying at Mercure Ancol yesterday was one of my best experiences staying at a hotel ... of course I will come back here, my children have asked to come back to stay here on the Eid holiday later ...

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, the check and check out process is easy, the facilities are amazing, the breakfast is delicious ... 10 thumbs up for Ancol Mercure ... hopefully it's always good and always a favorite for our family to stay huh

The facilities are very comfortable, very comfortable staying there

Overall pretty good but I booked two rooms and were given rooms conecting but receiptionist said that one of his room was being cleaned and would be given the news if SDH is finished. So I just can lock one room upon check-in. But from my check in from 14:00 hours until 16:30 hours that his 1st room again there was no news though SDH berkali2x in check with the hotel. And because we SDH tired eventually would not want a new party receiptionist down and confirm to the room service and the new given that 1nya kmr key again.

Good location for tourist attractions, good facilities, spacious rooms ...

Room 647 has bad sound insulation. Noise from adjacent room (a kid coughing almost all night long) is clearly audible which disturbed a good night sleep

Mercure hotel never dissapoint me. The room is good with the nice sea view. I have Le club accor member card, I even got upgraded. Good experience in general.

I stayed at Mercury on holiday with my beloved wife, wife and I felt comfortable with the service and atmosphere presented around the Ancol Mercury hotel ....

The upper three floors are hotel, the lower three floors, however, are seedy motels where you can travel back in time to the 90s. Fitness center is there but closed down due to risk of ghost appearences (si manis jembatan ancol). Watch out for the sofa chairs, risk of falling down is real.

One of the biggest hotels in Ancol area with adequate facilities. Has a large number of rooms with modern designs, several rooms under renovation, and support for meeting rooms that can support several activities, seminars or small meetings. With a building of this size, it is better to add sports facilities such as gym rooms to complement existing facilities. The rest I am very comfortable in this place

actually the facilities were complete and the service was good enough,but The room was too dirty,many dust...the breakfast was unacceptable...for four stars hotel,this hotel wasn't worth.. This hotel needs to do renovation...

This hotel in the Ancol area offers sea views from the rooms. Standard room, up to a suite room. The room that I use is the privilege room (connecring door with the next room), between the room they will provide a sofa and complement and LED TV. Clean, neat and fragrant. For suite rooms, there is a living room area (including toilets), where the bed area is separated from the living room area earlier. If in the suite, a bathtub with a large bathroom area is provided. The officers are friendly too. Facilitated by an outdoor swimming pool with sea views, which is located next to a buffet restaurant. Coffe shop corner is located in front, near the lobby.

Both rooms we stayed in on the 7th floor were great in terms of cleanliness, facilities, spacious shower, etc. Just a small thing .. need to put more hangers in the bathroom.

You have to swim with swimming suit. If your swimming suit is too fit with your body, you may not double used with t-shirts or something like that because t-shirt is absorb detergent. So it can make the pool dirty. If you have ''syar'i reason, they didn't accep that it. It hurts my heart because the muslim employee also forbid us.

The experience of staying here is quite satisfying, can the room that the sea view makes it comfortable in the room. The service is okay. Only the sheets and blankets were rather dull. Klu dri in terms of good food fried rice and bread. The rest of the standard, should be increased again for hotels with 4 stars. Oh yes, there are children's playgrounds too, making my children feel at home even though I have checked out and played too, I am very satisfied. The atmosphere is nice especially the room facing the sea.

Good for kids entertainment. Good for entertainment for children. The beach can not be accessed anymore since Asian sports even games. The beach is already inaccessible from the back of the hotel because of the dock built for the Asian Games championship jetski.
