Mercure Convention Center Ancol - Jakarta Reviews

Breakfast was good. Room was ok. But no direct access to the beach.

The hotel room seems old and dusty, also the bathroom is very small and the toilet table is very short not proportional. Very different from other Mercure hotel standards. It should be improved for customer convenience.

Family favorite vacation spot. The price of a hotel room is comparable to the facilities provided. There is a swimming pool, playground, other sports facilities. Free breakfast for two children. There is also body painting for children. Can Friday prayers at the hotel, there is a prayer room in the parking lot. The breakfast menu is complete for all. That's just in the hotel, outside the hotel there is a beach. Eating if you want cheap, there are ready-made indomaret or Padang restaurant next to the hotel.

Recommended hotel around ancol. Especially suite room with balcony and beach view.

Jadul room ... gray towels ... there is no beach that can be played ... really disappointed for a room above 1.5million

I am very satisfied with the services of the Mercure hotel, starting from my family and check-in to check-out the next day. From the check-out deadline set by the hotel management at 12.00, we are still given a deadline of up to 13.00 because we carry out dzuhur prayers first.

We always stay in Mercure everytime we visit Indonesia. Can't be more satisfied with their excellent service.

Only several times that the room key didn't work but the staffs there helped us immediately. Most of the times the restaurant was always full during breakfast time which caused a little bit stress for a mother with two little kids.

Better use new building facing sea, but the old one is decent

Some floors still look gloomy and stylish in the old style. for the breakfast menu does not vary, like the warteg and supplies run out quickly, jam samples are only provided 1 kind and there is no butter. Must be asked to the new waiter taken from under the table, and even then only 3. The staff is lacking, so there are many plates or used glasses still on the customer table left until we call one of the staff to take the plates at our table. The swimming pool is a lot of chlorine, and it's only a short time for the eyes to get sore.

Good service, strategic location and convenient for family vacations

Alhamdulillah ,, the facilities that I found at the Mercure Hotel were very satisfying with a service that was so friendly, so I felt comfortable.

The Veiw is very interesting, choose the one facing the beach

They have shiosan japanese restaurant... very nice with authentic taste

what could be better than have a same location with dufan? But its a bit hard to find online transportation here

The elevator if you can update it ... Just like mercure, the lighting is minimal

Large hotels within the Ancol complex are perfect for family vacations with comfortable, clean, modern rooms, spacious parking lots, food a little above the average class hotel, good and friendly service ... its worthed

A great hotel, especially for family.wonderfull !! It's a pleasant weekend there, this second weekend stays there this month. Please check the elevator, the elevator door is sensitive. Lots. Many guests include me, hit. Overver, perfect !!

Hotel staff is less responsive, less friendly, disappointing service. The worst mercure hotel

The beach was closed due to hosting the Asian Games
And the rooms overlooking the sea are empty words
I recommend visiting after the games are over

Nice hotel to stay with your kids...its free breakfast buffet for kids. Buffet breakfast with lot of choice but super crowded in the weekend.

Comfortable room, interconnection door available, and you'll get the beach view..

Since the renovation, the hotel has become better and the facilities are getting better. But unfortunately the service is still too long, I want to check out, I have to wait in line, almost 30 minutes I stand in line. It should check in and check out separated so that it is organized and the process is fast, don't make it 1
