All facilities and compliment in the room were really good. Otherwise, the swimming pool was too crowded and not clean enough, not so many choice for the breakfast menu and the taste was not so impressing. A discount to go to all facilities inside ancol will be a pleasure for customer. It would be better if there is any door in the main bathroom

As a member of Le Club Accor, it's beyond my expectation to stay in Mercure Ancol. A comfy balcony room at higher floor and near the elevator as I ordered previously just met my needs.

My daughter also very pleasant with some "work-out" zone provided such as: kids playground & mini waterpark - instead of common swimming pool, made her happy to stay at this hotel.

I'd like to back again to Mercure Ancol, soon.

The manager is horribly tasteless. the sound of traffic and the city has tire the ear so much you expect a Resort is a place to rest not get an even more horrible sound pollution with tasteless idea of entertainment. Unless you love blasted night club electone music at 9 AM while having you eggs in supposedly 4 star hotel, this place is not a nice place for family resort despite the Ancol location.

This place is for wedding car decoration ... because the bride and groom are staying here, large parking lot, location in Ancol Dreamland Park.
