I booked family suite room but it was upgraded to grand presidential suite which was extremely exceed my expectation. I was treated in prioruty check in. All facilities and compliment in the room were really good. Otherwise, the swimming pool was too crowded and not clean enough, not so many choice for the breakfast menu and the taste was not so impressing. A discount to go to all facilities inside ancol will be a pleasure for customer. It would be better if there is any door in the main bathroom
