Location close to Dufan, Ancol. The food is delicious

Most like the breakfast menu. Variative and tasty children's special menu is also available. Rooms with a beach view are very attractive

The place is comfortable and nice and the swimming pool and children's games are also interesting. This hotel is recommended. Rgds

The service was friendly ... the room was also really good ... only at that time it was really crowded ... there was a national PKK event, so when it was time to eat it was crowded in the dining room

Stayed 1 night here, quite impressive, got a room that seemed like a new renovation, quite spacious, separate shower with toilet. Room service is ok, (offers prayer equipment) standard toilet equipment, I am four but can only add 1 towel (?)

the breakfast menu is varied, only some items are not hot enough (fried rice, vermicelli, sausages)

the swimming pool is really good for children, there is a slide that is quite high

The room is neat and clean, hoping there is a bath tub but there is no shower. When you eat breakfast, the food is not good. the bacon is tough, the egg is eaten when I want it fishy. But the swimming pool is cool.

Fun place in the middle of the city for a short vacation with family

A 4 star hotel but a 3 star taste. Entering the hotel area you have to pay to enter the Ancol entrance except by taxi express and ojol grab. In addition it is mandatory to pay

Here dpet room on the 4th floor view to the sea ... If there are decorative lights2 d under the hotel or the building opposite the hotel must be beautiful diliat from the room ... Breakfast is ok .. Lots of choices .. Walk a little past the breakfast place directly to find the sand beach .. .

This was a horizon hotel. Now it's mercurial and better. Unfortunately the parking lot is not noticed, the asphalt has been damaged and no one has set the parking. Besides that the wifi doesn't work in some places.

Went meeting here and the carpet stink so we need to spray the room refresher every 15 minutes for the whole day :( buffet at restaurant also not satisfying.

Truly, it's no better from other hotel.
I got some explanations:
- The water is not clean, it's browny!
- The bed cover still have stain marks, and i got a little itchy when i sleep.
- There is no toilet tissue, and I need to wait 15 minutes to get it.
- The Air Conditioner is not cold, seems like need to be replaced.
- The restaurant is good and I have a good meal.

The swimming pool is not like the usual one, so it's not good to know how to describe it but the vibrations really get it.

The location inside Ancol is usually if there is an event here, later it will be given a pass to enter Ancol, for service and good food

The food is good, the mattress is soft, the view is ok

Nice place room was nice and comfy hotel staff were helpful. Restaurant was crowded at the breakfast buffet I would say it average buffet not waw but acceptable.
Swiminpool was nice.. Although it can be bigger than that if they use the area around it

Finally I went to this cool hotel, oh how happy and happy when I saw a pleasant room, beautiful facilities

A good place to escape daily rutine... Surrounded by recreational area like dufan and also seaworld and other... And also child friendly...

generally satisfied, there are only a few things that make me dissatisfied. because Italy entered there we could not walk to know shopping to around two mangoes again. because the ticket to enter Ancol is only one way. if you go out and re-enter we have to pay.

my booking to compliment my friends from the area. and when you pay, you ask for a deposit for 1 night. As a result, my credit card is debited for 2 nights. me b] I still haven't checked whether the check out credit card is debited for 1 night or 2 nights, because I didn't accompany my guest at check out. I think the deposit is too much. Please reconsider.

Yes the hotel is good because it has been renovated, near the resort, minus it is far from public facilities such as mall n hospital

Parking to the lobby must walk outdoors. Swimming pool is 3. Order through online travel agents can not free enter Ancol. Food breakfast quite varied, standard taste.

Lot of mosquitoes in the lobby at night. The room is not soundproof, lot of sound from outside enter the room made it not too comfortable

The rooms are comfortable, and quite spacious especially after an upgrade has been made more minimalist. The building directly opposite the beach is very instagramable, the facilities are quite complete, and the hotel position / location is strategic. For service and others it is quite good.
