fun and joyfull and great place to bring all ur family member to this place... they treat kids well, with breakfast corner for kids, great pool, kids playground, and other kids activity and they gathered it in one kids package called mimo's kids club. just for remining, if u go there on peak season, check in before noon, so u will get the first list check in customer to enter the room... if not u have to waiting until 4 pm. and don't take the room that have 2 view, its an old room, with old smell, and its far away from the lift

Just today I stayed at Mercure Ancol n I'm amazed et got a room on one of the 9th floors which really looked good .. the room was clean, comfortable and the view made Gapengen out of the room. Really recommended is really good, 1 month is at home

The room was nice, really nice...and the staff there told me that my room (728) just renovated. im so excited about it.

Love the pool also... im an aqua-girl and really don't mind about my pool hair. Hahaha.

But my little concern about the room, is quite noisy. Because the room next to me with connecting door? I dont know. theres no peace and quite weekend.

And theres also tiny ants in my bed. NO matter how hard i tried to rid them of. The ants keep coming back.

Food was great. service is excellent.
