The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is not like other hotels, there is a door for each rinse and toilet.

Kids love it. But the air con was not instantly cool the room (automatically), we have to wait the whole day, as we just checked in at 6 pm and the kids were very tired. But the room was at the room temp and it was not very good.
Nevertheless, Im quite happy with the reservation staffs, as they did their best giving near accomodations (3rooms) for my family. Thank you.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is on the sea and its rooms are different in terms of luxury and the price varies according to the room the room which I took this hotel is an excellent grade big bed and I asked for a small bed to be added and the room was 165,000. The hotel has all the services to do nothing

Comfortable, good food, the air conditioner is really cool the bathroom is clean and the spacious rooms are comfortable ...

Office events with family are not a problem here, there are various free facilities for families to relax and play.
If you want games and other interesting entertainment, just leave the Ancol-style entertainment hotel, just throw it in front.

The rooms and services are good, the facilities are complete, there is a playground for children as well as a swimming pool. For my food, it is suitable, because it is typically western or European which is rather hanging for its salty taste.

The hotel is good ... Especially the food is good ... the swimming pool is also clean ... But unfortunately the newest type is the grand one, there is no bathtub, all shower .. And then if the renovation is all the same there is no bathtub .. Even though it is comfortable, it relaxes all day tired of ancol ... and if I check in I like to queue

The location in Ancol must pay an entrance ticket but can be free if there is a letter from the hotel. Next to the festival beach. The food is less tasty. Menu monotonous tip of the day. The bed was comfortable. Choose a better sea view room.

We took a standard room. Room condition: The carpet stinks, it's dirty and has a wettish texture. The bed is small. The food is OK. Most of the channels are in Indonesian language. Quite bad service. Small bed, small bathroom and there are insects flying over on the bathroom sink. The pool has red ants. I can't stand the smell, it smells horrible! The pillow smells bad and so was the wardrobe.

Large spacious room with ocean view.. Good taste and assorted food.. hotel located inside of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol the one of great area for enjoying recreation with your family.. next to Ecopark area...

Old building inside Ancol area. expensive. you have to pay ancol entrance fee to get there.

Mercure Convention Center Ancol is very strategic place. Its location on the edge of Indah Ancol beach is perfect for a Convention or National Work Meeting. The fresh and clean air makes us feel at home in this area. The hotel room is also clean and comfortable. Make a proud impression of memories. The service and food menu are appetizing. Ample parking space makes the Mercure a suitable place to accommodate many invited guests' vehicles. When the author came to Mercure there was a BMKG national work meeting.

Classy luxury hotel. The food menu varies greatly from various countries: Indonesia, Japan, Italy, etc. Of course it's worth the very high rate.

It's just in Lt.7 the setting of cold hot water is not good

I stayed here with my family and 4-year-old toddler. Surprisingly, with the extra services provided in the room there is a colorful mini circus tent that is interesting. My child jumped for joy.
There are many activities in the hotel that are exciting, ranging from swimming, water dance, face painting and even a special corner for children to have breakfast. Very satisfied! The kids corner is also complete and there is a play room next to it that contains billiard tables and other games so parents also have activities while waiting for the kids to play at the kids club.
The location is very champion because right in front of Ancol beach, the fresh sea breeze makes the atmosphere pleasant.
