My KTP was not returned at check out.
I stayed at Mercure in March 3, 2017, checked out on March 4, 2017.
When I realized the ID card had not been returned, it was still on the same day as I checked out; I immediately contacted the hotel and confirmed that the ID card has not been returned and will be sent immediately, requesting a shipping address. But today it's almost a week, but can't I get more information when will my KTP be sent?
while I have agreed to bear the shipping costs, even though this incident was more due to the fault of the hotel. I will use the ID card immediately for various purposes. Please follow up ASAP
