My experience with accor plus members is average.
get a nice room when checking in on Sundays. before I checked in on Saturday the rooms were not good enough and not according to order. but the service is quite satisfactory and the facilities are good.

Just go to the room 252:
1. Bathroom: the towel hangers want to come off, I'm afraid to escape so that it doesn't hang there
2. Outside the hallway, the carpet smells musty
3. The white bath towel is less sleek, so it looks long enough
4. Try to lift the bed occasionally, in between / under it is a lot of dust. Understandably, I actually want to get the twin bed so that the child doesn't fall during sleep, so it appears
5. The furniture in the room seems to be quite old and poorly maintained
Sorry for complaining mostly, because I love this class of mercury / accord like this, honestly I don't want to stay again if there is no improvement.

Close and strategic location. Location near Ancol beach. The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom and amenities are very good. Only food is not satisfied

A comfortable and safe inn located strategically in Ancol. the facilities are good there is a swimming pool, meeting place, restaurant and there is live music on certain days.

If it's more uptight and I want to waste my money, recomen it, hahaha

It's quite comfortable to stay, the restaurant has good cuisine and lots of choices, there is a swimming pool too, a room with a beautiful view directly to Ancol beach, a spacious parking lot that can accommodate buses, cars and motorbikes, close to Ancol tourist attractions

Place to stay with family .. Located at Ancol Kompleka so you can enjoy the day with your family on the beach, Dufan or other places. Dishes for breakfast are varied ... Pool keepers are always on standby to monitor each visitor's activities.

Four-star hotel with excellence at Ancol beach, complete facilities, good breakfast, spacious rooms, spacious parking.

Good hotel. It gives what you can expect for a four stars hotel but nothing else. It is located in a nice and quite area where it is posible enjoy a walk, unfortunately that is not very usual in Jakarta.The wi-fi does not work very well. I booked a room with balcony and sea views but it is not really worth. The balcony was so small that it did not fit even a chair on it. By the way, the sea views were not very nice. Then, my advice is to book an ordinary room and to save money.

starting from a guest-friendly service, more bell boy friendly than hotel employees. there are lots of mosquitoes, there is only 1 tissue, and there is no bathtub in the executive room that I occupy. I don't recommend it, and not to mention the toilets and towels that smell of sewage!

Management of communication between staff is not good, such as payment is not recognized by other staff, so there is a medium billing already paid off ... more, the towel given is very dirty when asking for a very long replacement service ... Bfast is less good ... when there are many guests, the service is not good .... hopefully it can be improved again ... forgive and tks

The place is nice and cozy, but in the middle of the night next door, there is a small child screaming until I can't sleep, it should be soundproof installed on the door so that no noise from outside

Cons:
The room stank so bad and it's coming out of the vents, the carpet was dirty, the food barely have any seasoning.

Pros:
Good room and bed size, lovely view, good hospitality, good variety choice of food.

Excellent and service is a queso and a swimming pool and coffe and its prices are exaggerated exchange rate of the dollar and the riyal is very expensive eye your eye

Nice hotel, tho they need to improve the quality of the room. Such as some of the furnitures were old and the cleanliness wasn't that impressive, especially the couches.

For a 4 star hotel I d say:
Had good experience while I was there.
I will rate only for the room quality.
Was stayed at room 258
The bed size was ordinary (queen)
It was quite soft and did not produce any sound
Bedcover materials was nice and clean, it provides comfortable
Pillows were the most comfortable experience, well done.
The room has long sofa, was nice to sit there enjoying a very big window glass.
No balcony
Do not expect to get a good window view
The rom was very spacious
Cool air temperature
furnitures : tv, cool cash , desk telephone, bed lights, night lights, reading lights, safe box. Etc
Wifi connection: dont ask. It was Very fast. No lag at HD setting in youtube and netflix. Awesome.
Bathroom: was long and spacious,

O yea one more thing:
The housekeeper was very helpful and polite. Friendly staff well done.

Its good for meeting and vacation for a family but dont expect too much for the taste of the breakfast :D
