Cozy place, best services, nice meal and beautiful view

Room is very spacious. Bathroom very clean. Sea view are amazing. Sadly the breakfast not a big fan.

The grand deluxe room is great! Love the interior design. Size of the room is big.

Mr. Prasetyo, the front office staf is very friendly & professional. I like his prompt response.

My kids enjoy Mimo Kids Club & the swimming pool very much.

Our 3rd time staying at Mercure Ancol for family vacation is surely the best experience.

The hotel building is quite old...but so far is good location cos its only walking distance to the near Pantai Indah...

Nice friendly staff, Nice ocean view from the room and nice food. But, the parking lot feels a little bit too small during weekdays.
But we still can get a parking slot anyway. Just need to circle to find one.

Friendly and helful staff. We got old connection room but good maintenance. Only the breakfast was too boring since we stay more than 1 day (because the menus remaining the same) and the towel need to renew since it color not white anymore and not soft as usual. So far it was nice experients but was not our favorite.

I don't want to be rude, since I won't be staying there anymore. I left 5 stars in hope you can improve the following:
- parking space management, give clear directional arrows, so cars won't standoff in opposite direction
- better amenities for room, please provide 2 water bottles for 2 guests.
- for smoking room, please provide cheap chairs for rooms with balcony. I can't stay at the floor long enough.

On the upsides:
- this hotel has one of the best praying rooms I've ever been, for hotel this class
- it has balcony rooms, granted it needs chairs
- for the hotel this class, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The two-day stay at this hotel is pleasant, the hotel service is good and the hotel staff are friendly and very responsive to helping the guests. The rooms are clean, the food here tastes good, and can enjoy the ocean view from the balcony of the hotel room. Unfortunately hotel facilities are only poor wifi.

For 5 stars hotel with fantastic price, actually i expect more than that.. So the pool is quite good.. But i think children will be love the pool because it has slide.. The breakfast menu not so much variation.. The old building has small balcony in the room but not like what i expected as balcony that we can have a seat and chat with our family.. They has no bath robe in the room and minibar is not available..

Pretty comfortable, just the parking lot in the front is quite far.

Good place for family and friends to spend short holiday in Jakarta. Its in Jakarta city. Near the beach. I have been stayed here since the name is still Hotel Horisson until it change to Mercure hotel. It has easy access to Ancol tourism site. You can walk to the nearest beach, swim on their swimming pool, walk to Eco park, walk to Dufan , or walk to Atlantis water park. They also have a big car park, so it impossible for a company bring their employee to stay here. The room is good. The best is their food. They have a lot of food option for us, from vegetables to gluten free cake. They also have nice sweet cake and kids corner. You also can eat ice cream in the morning here.

If you have limited budget for gathering event then this place might be the option.

The location of the hotel is very strategic within the Ancol area.

Not recommended. Especially the convention services. Till you pay you ll get everything, which is a week before. Untill then when every progress of the event picking. Sales are hiding services poor. Overrating for sure

The hotel was old. The carpet stinked, interior was bad, the bathroom to small n old.

For recreation and leisure it's pretty good ... the hotel is comfortable and clean.

I think it's an old building. The smell is not that good.

Mercure Ancol is an international standard hotel that offers a bit different facilities to all guest including playground for children, unique swimming pool and access to Bina Ria beach. Unfortunately their food standard needs to be improved as they provided too many foods minus the normal expected quality. Also some room's furnitures as well as the bathroom condition needs renewal.

The hotel is quite large, and is located in a fairly closed area in the Ancol area

View from rooms facing the beach, can enjoy the beach breeze. More beautiful if you can get a room upstairs

Old hotels. Mostly used for corporate meetings or events. Located inside ancol area.

Many activities can be done with the family here. The right hotel to relax with family on weekends

I don't see the view, look at the beach, but the lighting is lacking towards the beach
