I am very satisfied staying at this Mercure hotel and the room is neat clean and check out is long

I choose new room with balcony...the view is good...room is good..but we r disapointed with towel ,pillow,bedsheet...looks very old n dirty..hope can get new one...my son like the bfast special for kids n kids activities..

This hotel is very very good, the view directly to Ancol Sea. This hotel is 5 star, the rooms are big, breakfast is a lot of menus,

The room is old and i'm not sure with the carpet, it looks dirty especially in the corner. Slow checkin experience, i must wait in the line for 15 minute before got serve. The balcon is very minimal but overall i'm still happy especially my children becuase this hotel is absolutely for children. there are a lot of facilities for children from playground, breakfast and the pool.

Good experience.. just walking distance to Ecopark Ancol. Breakfast OK.

I stayed for 2 nights in deluxe room at 7th floor for staycation with my family. The room is quite big but nothing special.
The restaurant was so crowded at the breakfast time. We stood up long enough waiting for the table. And the staff is not too responsive for the 4 stars hotel.
The parking lot was a disaster. It was full all the time with non-hotel guest's car. And when i was complaining about the full parking space, the hotel staff was just asking me to keep patient in not a good manner.
At the end, it's not recommended to stay at this hotel for staycation. Not comfortable enough for that high room rate.

Hotels located in Ancol area, suitable for gatherings, family vacations, spacious and nice hotel rooms, clean bathrooms with toiletries that are quite complete, good food with several menu choices (including traditional menus), friendly hotel employees,

Unfortunately the towels and sandals are 2 star.

Be careful with the security of the parking ... CCTV doesn't work ...

Well it's an old hotel, so don't expect to much for the room, probably because we had the old room. Our room had problems with its air conditioner, so we had to turn it off since it was too cold. But the service is very good, they have a quite large restaurant which serves the breakfast, and some swimming pools which are very nice for kids.

Guests can free ride without permission of the occupants for security should not be.

The place is very comfortable and the food has many variations. Rekomended for family vacations. Choose a better sea facing room. This has been 2x our family at this hotel. We are welcome soon.

It was nice having one night at mercure ancol. But im a little bit disappointted when having my breakfast. It was so many people. And my sit it was taken by other people without asking. The result im eating standup in the corner.

the hotel & facilities are okay, but there are only a few receptionists, making the queue so long.

They renovate the room and now it's brighter and more comfort

Old hotel but took over by accor/mecure. The grand deluxe room is quite big BUT found cockcroach in the toilet, the cooler (since they dont provide small fridge in the room) is not cool AT ALL, the up and down buttons on the tv remote cudnt be press so technically u cud only press down not the up and lastly the drainage in the toilet is terrible as it smells a lot plus the head shower button was broken too. So overall for a hotel under accor is too dissapointing cos the standard of a mecure hotel shudnt be as it is in mecure ancol. I hope they can improve it better

Stay with a room that has a view to the sea. Exquisite. Spacious and comfortable room. The food menu is also delicious. Clean hotel.

Large rooms and large beds because it is an old hotel. Newer hotels have small rooms and smaller sized beds. Cleanliness could be improved

Parking is spacious, but not neat, there is no field parking attendant

The room is so cozy and has a great view but the food is bad

It doesn't have its own beach. Must go to the right or send the hotel

hospitality is good, only situation in the room seem not clean enough such as:
- there are so many "ants" in coffee table/behind tv
- balconny is too dirty
- room service action is slow
- many mosquito in the restaurant during dinner time.

The front parking lot is more organized ... so it's not complicated to maneuver the bus

The hotel is good on the beach. Worth the price ...

Very friendly staff, even though it took sometimes to get staff to visit the room.
The hotel is a bit too old.But it's being renovated I think.
The room was smell bad!! The staffs try to get rid of the smell a couple times but it did not work.Smell was gone after hotel staff put a deodorizer machine in the room but only last for few hours. The smell came back especially after flushing the toilet.

check in and check out quite fast, employees are friendly ... unfortunately the hot shower doesn't come out
