Hotels With old interiors, unfortunately KM water is rather yellow

Some times I want to stay here, right on the edge of Ancol beach, unfortunately the access is far away. The meeting place and the food menu are comfortable

From the outside it looks like an old but very comfortable hotel room and the view is good.

Convenient for family staycation. The location is close to recreational areas and eating places. Minus a little, no shower cap, and hot and cold water button in the upside down shower, the blue one is hot water and the red one is cold water. But overall is okay. Just for the spa service it was a bit disappointing, in the brochure it was written that the service could arrive at 24.00, but when I ordered at 22.00 it was subtly rejected and suggested to order tomorrow morning only. My advice is that if you can't / don't want to serve the night order, then just write the service hours in the brochure.

Good for meeting, seminar and holiday with your family... neat the beach and parks...

Hotel Mercure is located inside Ancol. Suitable to stay while on vacation to enjoy the rides in Ancol such as beaches, sea world, dufan, Atlantis, etc. The menu at the restaurant is standard. The view from the room is pretty good being able to see the beach from the window.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is also cool. Good atmosphere.

According to information from Mercure, they will not open until the end of 2020. So, we just had a picnic on the beach behind the hotel. Suitable for small children, for bathing in shallow beaches. Even though he said it was better at the Pool Beach beach.

we all know that mercure is always the best hotel in the city, and i really satisfied with the service, thanks mercure!

Fun, I photographed this car in this hotel. Hehe ... The place is cool, close to the sea, close to the entrance to Ancol. It's like an international class hotel. Hehe ... Or is it an international class hotel?

The complete kids clup is playing ball too. The swimming pool is also good. Clean rooms, right on the wedding anniversary here

the room is comfortable ... pretty clean ,, bad on wifi ,, can't use it at all ,, the pool water is also cloudy ,, the pool slide can't be used ,, the playground is good ,, breakfast byk choice ,, oh when entering the hotel area, qt is charged 1 vehicle free 2 people per room ,, we will be given a guarantee letter, so when the money goes out the Ancol will be returned, it's just that, the process of taking the money back is not made easy, qt must park on the edge again get out of the vehicle walk toward the arrival window kmrn

I regret that I expected too much for my stay in your hotel. Under the great name of Accor Hotels, the facilities really not there. As expected for non-renovated room, it looked so old. But what really brought us down was the bad network of TV channel we barely found a good ones, the bathroom with broken faucet and the lever of the shower water that always fell of, and the water stopper that was so hard to be opened (only provide the rubber stopper without the connector that made us to open it easily). Plus the timing when your hotel was like fully-booked, we really couldn't enjoy the pool at all because people are everywhere (for your rooms capacity should've bigger pool) and when the breakfast time, we had to queue and stood there stunned with our little baby, really frustrated only to get the meal that we almost decided to have breakfast out of your hotel.

But at least you really hire well-trained staffs that always greet us nicely and very responsive. It was just us that really exhausted and surrendered with the situation that made us didn't have the energy to complain anymore.

With the strategic location and your big names, should've made us easily return for our weekend escape. But with all of the frustration, we should think twice or thrice or even more to be able to get back to your hotel.

But , keep up the good work!

Don't get the queen bed in 3 rooms
Then on Sundays breakfast waiting list is very uncomfortable ...
Plus the hotel is comfortable for the family in the morning, there are lots of dolls, tayo baby shark, etc. My child is happy ...

stay on Saturday, the towel is thin & doesn't smell good .. the bed linen is dull ... for the motorbike parking lot, the road is repaired, the other facilities are OK ..

One of the strategic hotels in Ancol tourist area. A comfortable and close place for sightseeing in Ancol area. Prices are quite high. Comfortable room conditions. Including hotels for sightseeing. Close to World Fantasy and Sea World rides. Not far from Ancol beach.

The coffee is very yumm and we sleep in a cold air condition. We have such a fun experience in that hotel the hand and face painting for our kids is cool too so thank you.

5 star hotel. Seaside. Only the buildings are rather old. Recreational facilities are adequate.

Have to pay to enter Ancol area, no privilege access for hotel guest, or maybe I just miss informed, bathroom rather old, with bathtub and shower in one place, what hotel still use that kind of shower? It's very slippery.

First when I came it was crowded in the lobby, it was a mess between people check in, check out, change the room, complains, etc & I was waiting for more than 30 minutes for checking in.
And the room was not like my expectation with the high rate given. Room was old, dirty, carpet was smell, need to change new carpet and not look like a 4 stars hotel managed by international chain.
Rooms really needs to be upgrade immediately

The hotel is cool, spacious and large, the rooms are pretty modern there is a possibility of renewal, a large swimming pool, breakfast is a choice once you throw up recommeded bw family for holidays, hrg online around 600 thousand, quite affordable, cm far from the city center
