Favorite hotel kl is in the Ancol area because the swimming pool is nice and fun for the kids and there is a kids club also for kids activities ...

Yesterday the Nusantara Healthy team held a coordination meeting at this hotel, with rooms with 2 pieces of bed. The rooms are nice and clean, the service staff is also very friendly. It's just that, the wifi signal there often disappears, so it can't be used, then there are not many mukena provided at the Mushollah, around 4 pairs so that when there are activities with many participants they have to wait longer to use the mukena, then eat there too It's delicious, it's just less varied in the presentation of the menu. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable there.

The hotel from which I have lived, this is a very satisfying hotel ... starting from the reception, Ms. Isa gave hospitality from the beginning of the check-in room, added with security, the house and the restaurant, and even the Sara Store. it's all very satisfying. please keep it all huh .. from the hospitality of the people and also the hotel facilities which are very helpful.
I will definitely go there again if there is a tenuous time with my family.

The hotel already renovate. Previously from Horison Hotel. Seems quite ok.

Great hotel with great swimming pool especially for kids... But hmmmm but a little not value for money i guess

Food is overpriced but delicious, service is good, location is good, always like Mercure Hotels ... But unfortunately this one slides the pool has been broken for a long time ... The toys in the kids playroom are quiet ...

The spacious rooms are suitable for families who want to explore Ancol with satisfaction. It's expensive for the room. But if you want to enjoy Ancol, it's better to stay here because Jakarta traffic makes costs expensive. Standard rate of 800K / net booking by phone.

Almost had a fancy dinner for break fasting here until got the new information about place switching

Came here for staying 1 night on prior to new year's eve. Gotta positive things like friendly staf, nice pool can accommodatr for children, nice lobby environment.

However, we found out the bathroom is sooo smelly, really bad smell. Because we checked in at night (10pm) and really tired, felt so lazy to change the room.

Another thing needs to improve is the process of checkin and checkout. It's really really take a looooong time and inefficient time. This is the 3rd time we stayed here (from company) and always experienced this.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, fast service, good food

The hotel is big and quite clean. The facilities are complete. Good service. There is one obstacle I have experienced, the coffee maker still has moldy water / milk left over. Make sure the tip before using the tool is checked again. Tks

- Good place for those of you who like to "travel" hotels. Recommended if you want to find another atmosphere in Jakarta. Choose the ocean view or balcony ocean.
- our choice of balcony ocean. Very comfortable. The room size is quite wide. There is a long sofa chair.
With us using an extra bed there is still plenty of space.
- central ac and quite cold.
- the bathroom is ok. It is extensive and they make a unique design for the toliestirt
- standard breakfast. My suggestion is to come down at 6 or 9.

Good, not less. Already a good guarantee if this is mah. It should be noted if during the holidays, breakfast must be crowded. Ask the staff to be directed to restaurant 1 floor only.

Great hotel with great view. We love to spend long week end here. Staff are very kindly, hotel room clean, food is ok. Near ancol beach. And its great to bring big family

Nice hotel..tpi need more people to serve check in and check out ... the queue is long ... the kids like it because the pool is fun and the ad kids playground funds there face n body painting..thank mercure ancol

Truly lovely experience. It is right on the waterfront with great views. There is a spa as well. You will be spoiled rotten by the service. The wait staff and front staff were responsive and very quick to help. @dawnd2

Comfortable hotel. There is a children's play room (indoor playground) where there is a room playing billiards for adults. Every weekend there is a facepainting in front of the restaurant. The swimming pool is good ... but to play sliding (sliding) hh the swimming pool is not safe and there is no recommendation to play sliding. Behind the hotel is Jetski Indonesia ... actually the hotel has Eco Park and FaunaLand really recommended.

I am happy at Mercure Ancol because of its location which is very close to the beach and the atmosphere is comfortable
the lobby was comfortable, the room was enough for me even though I was in the lower class, but I was most happy that it was on the 4th floor and the view was facing the sea.

The drawback:
in food service it seems less ready if it has to service more than 400 people (because there are other groups until the room is full) especially in the presentation and continuity of food and the estimated amount for day and night

I often when eating through a restaurant is really good but at the last time in a large group in the lower tent we often run out of food or late

This hotel is relatively large and spacious. Located within the Ancol tourist area. Old hotels that have been modernized, and furniture and room equipment look modern. Breakfast is relatively complete even though the taste is not too special but the advantage is 1 room can be for 2 adults and 2 children aged SD shg relatively cheap. The swimming pool is relatively small but there are complete play facilities. Very crowded on weekends. There is a choice of rooms facing the sea or city. Lots of tourist attractions are easily reached on foot, including large and small restaurants. Every morning ideally you can walk early along the coast of Ancol. In general this hotel is very nice.

The hotel location is very strategic .... can be business as well as tourism .....

Mercure Convention Center is a 4 star hotel located in the north jakarta Ancol area. The hotel has a large number of rooms, as well as a fairly spacious hotel building. My impression when staying at this hotel was:

1. Service from the Front Office and Security is very friendly, we are welcomed with warmth.

2. The rooms are also clean, spacious and comfortable (my advice is to choose the sea view and ask for the top floor) because we seldom can residents of Jakarta see the beautiful sea as a whole.

3. The hotel bathroom is also comfortable, available toiletries and clean towels, so we only need to bring clothes.

4. Breakfast is also delicious, the menu is complete and we can taste the food one by one.

5. The location is very close to Ancol so early in the morning we can jog in the Ancol area.

Some of the experiences that I can share during my stay at this Mercure Convention Center hotel. Hopefully this hotel can maintain its services.

For the umpteenth time, the writer's activities at this hotel, most recently on 18-20 December 2019, we got a surprise with a coffee break menu that is beyond expectations ... The presence of Dilmah tea which is an international brand, fresh milk and brewed coffee from Switzerland is very different with coffee break menu in general ... very classy ...
