I am happy at Mercure Ancol because of its location which is very close to the beach and the atmosphere is comfortable
the lobby was comfortable, the room was enough for me even though I was in the lower class, but I was most happy that it was on the 4th floor and the view was facing the sea.

The drawback:
in food service it seems less ready if it has to service more than 400 people (because there are other groups until the room is full) especially in the presentation and continuity of food and the estimated amount for day and night

I often when eating through a restaurant is really good but at the last time in a large group in the lower tent we often run out of food or late

My judgment is valid for my last visit
if not in a large group everything is good
but in general we are satisfied.
