Old school hotel, neat bedroom, clean, nice and comfortable, the employee is friendly. But the pool is not big

I have a room with magnificent ocean view at night and the location near from Ecopark. The room for me are spacious, modern and cozy. There are a refrigrator, couch, hot shower, television, drawer and amazing view. But the things really concern is check in, which need to wait for 3hours, i awaited from 1pm-4pm, really long check in. Food taste in restaurant just so so. The other problem is the connecting door next to my room is really noisy and i can hear people called at 5am so i couldn't have tight sleep. For me as 4stars hotel, it still lack of service and have bad experience here.

The room is big ... but the faucet in the bathroom is rusty. Copy services here are very expensive 10k per sheet. Can't ask for duct tape / solation. Motherhood is usually a lot of shopping that needs cardboard and duct tape. Just ask for the cardboard with the receptionist and the concerts he said you were there. I went to the kitchen for a used cardboard box ... ckckckck

When checking in, directly help Ricky. because I am a member without having to queue because the holiday Lebaran hotel is very crowded. and I got a newly renovated room. breakfast was moved to the hall because it was very crowded but still under control because the waiter was ready to help.

Eventhough it took almost 1 hour just for check, due to high occupancy, but it was really worth the wait. Thank you for upgraded our room. We definitely love the room, and wish to come back and stay in the same room.

This hotel is very very good, also very recommended for you guys if u want sleepover in ancol, have a good playground and big rooms.

Ancol sea view would never been completed without historical this hotel as landmark of the oldest amusement park in North Jakarta. Great services always as standard of Accor group with local touch for all guest coming.

I stayed at Mercure Ancol because there was an office event. Get a room with Ancol beach view. Very good. Lots of food and delicious.

The hotel is good. Good corridors and rooms, modern interiors. The room I visited had a balcony facing the beach. Unfortunately you can't enjoy the sunset and sunrise, maybe the room position is not right, but gpp, the hotel is cool.

Just input for managers and management, please educate security to understand the duties and interests of guests. If there is a guest who is a journalist, first ask what their interests are, if you really intend to cover the hotel, please ask for an assignment letter and a coverage permit. This hotel is in the coastal area of Ancol.
