Merchology has a great selection and their customer support team is phenomenal. After our initial order they worked with us to make sure our logo was going to be placed perfectly on our pieces and that the coloring was exact. We also realized after receiving our order we needed to order several other pieces for an event. Merchology took the order quickly and turned it around in about 72 hours. Definitely recommend!

Ordered items well in advance of when I needed them, was given an estimated ship date which would still get my items in time. They bumped my order so they could put in a RUSH order so now my items will be late and their excuse was, you should have told us. I will never be using this company again.
I ve run an event for nine years. I ve used Cabela s (six times), Lands End (once), and Merchology (last two years). All have been good, but Merchology has been exceptional. The clothing this year was a BIG hit men s, women s, and the hats. Great job y the Merchology team!

Our company used Merchology for the first time last month. We ordered some embroidered Nike 1/4 zips with our logo on them. From start to finish and from logo formatting to ordering the Merchology team was great to work with. They turned out great. We have bought company apparel from Merchology on several occasions in the last few years. Embroidery work has always been professional nice and clean as it should be which can be hard to do on cheaper shirts. Being in the plumbing field we need low-cost good looking shirts that we can replace often that come in Tall sizes.

As a Family Law sole practitioner, I am always motivated to expose my brand to the widest possible audience. I have seen other, larger law firms in the Central Indiana area utilize apparel as a primary branding and marketing tool. I always thought that such efforts would be too expensive or cost-prohibitive for my small firm. Enter Merchology. From the very outset of the branding collaboration process, I felt like a top priority to staff, even though my order was likely much smaller comparatively to other, larger Merchology clients. I indicated to my assigned Merchologist (Amy Markfelder) that I would like to have my apparel by the date of an upcoming conference. Amy worked tirelessly to ensure that my products arrived ASAP, without sacrificing the time and attention needed to deliver a high-quality, impeccable finished product. Amy was very communicative, responsive, and helpful in working with me to meet my self-imposed deadline, and I was amazed by Amy's professionalism and attentiveness. The price tag for my order was also incredibly reasonable and fair, especially given how pleased I was with the end product. I have already worn my UA Stoffel Law gear around town / to the office, and have received nothing but rave reviews from family, friends, clients, and colleagues. This is now a complaint. This lead time is ridiculous. I have been patient, but an 11 day delivery has made it to the point I will not order or recommend this company to anyone. I will actually go out of my way to all the other companies that have service agreements with me to NEVER order from Merch. This is with me even paying an extra money for faster delivery. The best answer I got was that the website was confusing even it's own employees couldn't understand the online deal.
I would like to express my extreme disappointment with this company. I made a simple order and sent my logo file to sales person Brandon. It has been three weeks since my order; not only have I not received the shirts that I ordered, the company doesn't even have the stitch example and continues to procrastinate. The company never called or emailed me to give me an update on the delayed order, unless I called them. Instead of compensating for my inconvenience, they preferred to cancel my order. My company lost three weeks and never gotten the products. I am appalled by the service and would never recommend this company to anyone who cares about time management and service decency.
Terrible customer service. Placed my order , 2 weeks later I received the stitch sample of my logo. Then promised I would receive an email in about a week with shipment notice. 2 weeks go by so I reach out again and they state that they are having system issues and my order should ship any day now so I gave them another chance. Then going on 2 months still had not received notice of shipment so I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund.
We are a bank and first impression is very important. I was beyond impressed with not only your service, but your online presence and quality of the shirts. We ordered these exact same shirts from another vendor and it cost us $13 more per shirt. We will be back with even larger orders.

My only concern was how quickly everyone grabbed them as they came out of the box. Looks as if I will already need to place another order soon.

AMAZING company !! We ordered our shirts from them for our fire dept and they looked great. You may be scared to order "online" but they have amazing communication and so easy with email. Along with their approval process I can not say enough good. We will be ordering from them again.
I placed two separate orders for shirts. They dropped the ball on both orders. The first order took almost 2 weeks to see a proof (I was told it should take up to 5 days to see a proof). The 2nd order was forgotten about until I kept asking about it. It's been 19 days and they still haven't sent a proof for the 2nd order. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told one would call me, but that never happened either. They gave me 10% off my first order, but the 2nd one which is in limbo--nothing. This is my first time ordering with them. It will be my last due to no follow through and poor customer service.
I had never ordered through Merchology before but I love their service, speed and the jackets I ordered came out GREAT! They sent me a proof of the logo and it all went great, they kept me abreast of when the shipment was going out and i knew where my order was every step of the way. I wish I read reviews before placing my business order with this company. We needed items by a specific date. I was told that if I paid to have the order rushed that it would be no problem at all especially because it was 3 weeks out. Well the ship date has come and gone and they now say that the SOONEST the order will ship is in 5 days (4 days past the event). The customer service rep handling my order would not respond to my emails and I would have to leave multiple voicemails to get any response at all. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

It is a timely painless process that doesn't force a business owner or multi hat wearer in a company to spend countless hours working on shirt designs. Not happy with Mercology at all. We ordered women's 3/4 zip embroidered shirts and received mens. The second order which was upgraded to three-day shipping with an additional charge of $24.95 still has not been received. This was placed November 1 and it is now December 14. It was suppose to be overnight last Monday. Today is Thursday and still haven't received. The last order was ordered last November with a ship date of December 7 and to be received by December 13. When I call last week, I was told it was shipping last Friday. Today I get an email stating that the shirt I ordered hadn't been embroidered yet and was accidentally shipped back to Under Amour...but I could reorder if I wanted to and would basically have to go through the same process again. NO THANKS... I will never order from Mercology again. Bad, Bad, experiences.
***UPDATE 5/24/19: I edited the review b/c they did finally make it right. They refunded me for the mistake as well. I am leaving the entire review here so people can be aware of the issues I had but that they did finally make it right. It did take 6 additional weeks from receiving the initial order to get the correct items and for this delay be aware that as long as the order is right, it takes 4 weeks to get the right merch. If the order is wrong, add on another 4-6 weeks to get it corrected for a total of 8-10 weeks! Thanks. **PREVIOUS UPDATE* Customer Service sent the label after almost 2 weeks with the excuse that they answer emails newest to oldest? I will update again once the shirts are received. *ORIGINAL POST* I wanted to be able to give them more, however, this saga has spanned almost 2 weeks. All I wanted was a return label so they could make their mistake good. They sent one of my items without having it embroidered, that I paid for to be embroidered. Also, one of the shirts had a blemish. We asked to return the incorrect item and the damaged item. No problem, we will send a label. They do not return emails, phone calls promising they will send the label...NO LABEL! SEND THE LABEL and MAKE IT RIGHT! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The representative that I worked with, Amy was very responsive to my questions and very efficient in providing me quotes for the items and sizes that I needed. All merchandise was delivered quickly and my entire team was very impressed with the quality of the jackets we ordered, especially for the very reasonable price we were quoted. Merchology provided us with excellent customer service, and we will definitely be using them for our future corporate apparel orders.

We got polo's printed for our golf outing this year, and not only does Merchology offer a fantastic selection of items, we were able to get a men's and women's matching polo and our logo looked fantastic!

We had a very intricate design logo needed for professional embroidery - the team at Merchology not only helped with the design aspects but provided much diligence and expertise with regards to scaling the logo appropriately, accurately and providing sound advice to get the project done right. The final results were astounding - to say the least. The embroidered logo came out P-E-R-F-E-C-T and was delivered right on time. I cannot commend the team at Merchology enough for overseeing this project and delivering on the order so courteously. The support at Merchology is like no other. A++
Our company ordered shirts with embroidered logos and despite a few hiccups along the way, we were satisfied with our experience. Holland and Molly were extremely helpful.
We were not used to their process of samples in which you have to place an order in order to get the samples, but Molly and Holland were able to adjust our order so we didn't have to pay anything extra. We also have a difficult logo to perfect, any the logo people worked very hard on getting it right. Lastly, we had one shirt arrive with the wrong logo, but since we had a pretty complex order, it wasn't a big deal. Holland was able to resolve the issue immediately.
We are impressed by the quality of the shirts and the logos themselves. The men in our firm loved the variety of shirts. We would recommend more variety in women's choices, especially smaller sizes.

We purchased several UA merchandise over the course of the last 6 months. While the quality has been good, the shipping and timeframes they gave us via e-mail have never been met. We're on our 5th shipment - none are close to what they estimate. I think the closest has been over by 10 days. You need to e-mail them if you want your items.

Embroidery on Underarmour material is tricky, to ensure a high quality logo presentation and ultimate satisfaction. I have cured several recent orders with Merchology in 2017, and the results are in the received orders. Embroidered logo presentations that "pop" in appearance, quality embroidery with no thread or low quality issues. Their personnel are easy to work with, they meet their deadlines, and communicate thru the entire ordering process to ensure your complete satisfaction. Reasonably priced as well, for the quality delivered in these orders. I am preparing my next order with Merchology.
