Our dental office ordered polos from Merchology and we had an amazing experience! The logo looked perfect, the quality was excellent and we were pleased the ease of the ordering process.

The worst experience that I have had with a clothing vendor. I ordered my shirts a month ago, they still haven't showed up and nobody is responding to my emails. It seems like a fraud, I am not sure but I do know that I am lucky that I could tell that they didn't have their act together at the begining so I ordered from rush order tees, and luckily I did or else I would have been in trouble. BEWARE!

I recently purchased 100 hats with company logo from Merchology and the experience exceeded my expectations. The hats look awesome; the communication was timely, and the customer service was top notch. I worked directly with Gabi Hennen and she went above and beyond to assure a positive experience. I will definitely use Merchology again.

Merchology has provided my church with incredible customized products from Nike polos to hats to shorts. The selection of products that they offer is incredible. The price that they offer them at is hard to beat. And on top of all of that, they provide excellent customer service. If I have ever had an issue or problem with an order, I have never felt that they didn't care or it was just tough luck. They have tried to make it right when it was a mistake on their part. That causes me to want to continue to use their services because they want to do it right. Thanks, Merchology, for great products at a great price with a great spirit. Will order again very soon.

Our company has ordered several times from Merchology. The service is great and they make it very simple to place orders with our logo on it. We have been very pleased with all the shirts we have ordered. Recommend them highly.

Great Customer Service. I ended up ordering for my event late, (expecting products to arrive about 2 weeks after the event), but they knew my timeline and made sure I had what I needed in time.
Shoutout to Jensen Dreier for the awesome customer service, and another to Katrina Johnson for bringing me into the Merchology fold. I definitely recommend your services and will be back.

If it seems like its too good to be true then it probably is. This company advertised brand name apparel with in hand dates. Paid to upgrade order to ensure we received it by a certain date. These guys not only failed to ship when promised, but they failed to communicate as well. They wouldn't respond to our calls and emails just trying to find out the status of our order. They left us with 24hrs before an event having to scramble to find apparel for our crew-all because they refused to respond. Take your business elsewhere or better yet find a local company to work with. These guys are NOT trustworthy.

Merchology staff was super helpful and friendly with our order, especially when we were in rush with getting our orders delivered early. In fact, we received our shipments a few days earlier than the estimated date! We also love how Merchology has a wide variety of good quality customizable products!! Looking forward to ordering from them again :)

Miranda at Merchology did a bang up job on our Corporate shirts.

I'm not so great at writing reviews however I believe that Miranda Brady is outstanding at her job she goes above and beyond what is required to deliver some of the best customer service I have ever had. I also believe that if everyone in the Merchology company carries them self in a similar manner I will not be going any where else for any of my future needs.

My company purchases shirts from Merchology. After getting home from a recent tradeshow, I noticed that one of my new shirts had a pull or fray in the material. I contacted Holland, our Account Manager, at Merchology to see if anything could be done, she offered to just ship me a new one. Fast and no hassle. Would definitely recommend...!

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how they got the positive reviews they have here. We put in a substantial order for my company, and half the order never showed up. When we talked to our rep she was nonresponsive, rude and dismissive. Requests to talk to a supervisor were ignored. Finally we asked for the rest of our order and were told some would be coming and some would be refunded. Neither has happened. This behavior is downright criminal.

Gabi worked with me through many iterations of ensuring the threadwork for the design would meet our expectations, and the end result was great. I'll be putting in another order because the first batch turned out so well!

Our CPA firm placed an order a few weeks ago that we couldn't be more happy with! We were so pleased with the quality of the product that we placed an additional order right away because our staff wanted additional colors. The process of submitting our logo and working with our rep Holland was very easy - Holland answered the many questions I had with patience and got back to me quickly.

We were impressed with the quality of brands offered by Merchology - we even ordered our staff FitBits through them! Kasey was extremely helpful with this order for us as well!

We definitely plan on using Merchology in the winter when we plan to order cold weather promotional products for our clients.

Very pleased with my order. I only needed 1 custom jacket and I was able to find a Patagonia one that I loved and did not need to place a minimum order to have it customized.

Merchology delivered my fishing shirts so quickly and they turned out great! All of our guys love them and I will definitely be ordering more! The only thing that could have possibly gone better is if I had received shipping information. I don't think I ever got that, but I could have missed it as well. Great purchase. We'll be back!
