Unfortunately there is a lack of customer service and customer satisfaction by the company for the pricey car which was purchased. The vehicle, less than 8 months old with only 12,000 miles, needs new tires. This is my third trip to the service department regarding the tires and the response is the same. It is not their responsibility even though the pricey car supposedly has 5 year bumper to bumper service. Spoke with management regarding our dissatisfaction and got the same response. She is unable, or in my impression, unwilling to resolve the situation to keep a happy customer. So beware of the free wine and cheese before purchase and the free coffee and cookies during servicing, they come with a hefty price. DO NOT PURCHASE MERCEDES buy a Hyundai instead. You get a better car for the price and better service. This car is falling under the Lemon Act, and how many more are there??? BEWARE

Before buying a vehicle with them, verify everything. They do not inform well the changes between the different models. Unfortunately I believed them, the vehicle was not in the establishment and after signing when we picked it up I realized that the differences between the models were more than what they informed me. Now I have a car that I will pay for the next few years and does not have the equipment that I wanted. Then the manager does try to help me by adding things, but it is not the same.

One of the worst dealerships Ive ever dealt with. The salesman here are very arrogant and look at you as if you cant afford the cars, little do they know that you should never judge a book by its title and if im there its for a reason not to just window shop. Dont buy anything from them as they like to add thousands above the retail value.

I purchased a 2006 R500 from Garage Isla Verde. I am only in PR part time so the car has low mileage and is like new. I called to get repairs done and learned that Garage Isla Verde won't work on cars they sold to you after it is 10 years old. Do you believe it??? So do I junk the car or roll the dice on a non-Mercedes hack shop?? No customer care or service here! #Mercedessuck

Oue experience with Mercedes Benz has been a night...

Oue experience with Mercedes Benz has been a nightmare. Purchased a new 2019 GLC350E. The vehicle in less than 90 days was towed 3 separate times and has been in the repair shop for 78 days for the same problem, the AC compressor. Mercedes nor the manager of repairs, Ana Troche, want to consider the vehicle a lemon. Getting DACO involved to protect our rights. Recommendation, get everything in writing. Administration is deceitful and dishonest.

Beware of this dealership! I Purchase a use Mercesdes Benz for $48000.00 and I was charge a ACQUISITION fee for$599.00. I found out this fee is only for a Lease and I only took out a loan NOT A LEASE. I also paid $337.00 to registration fee, title, license fees and they did not paid state registration
fee. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Inappropriate service on 7/8/2016 at Garage Isla Verde, PR. Arrive at 4:00 pm with an empty rubber immediately receive me and realize that it has a nail, they tell me to wait in the room to call me a service representative and it is not until 5: pm that my papers are filled. Wings 6:15 pm in view that nobody gives me directions on the car, prtegunto and then the representative appears to ask me that if I accept to change the rubber, this representative saw me all the time in the room and never went to My, just waiting to text on your phone and did not worry about my case. At the end of the day they delivered the car to lss 7 at night. It is unacceptable that a rubber change takes 3 hours and especially that the staff does not Follow up on your case. I asked them to send me a service survey in 3 occasions and they never denied me or communicated with me as I requested. I hope nobody else has to go through these problems when changing a rubber

I took the car and I realized that my air conditioner was damaged. I delivered it with air in excellent condition. Now it does not work. I'm not coming back at all. The price was 7965.00 hahahaha

I had a factory recall on my Mercedes. On my recall letter, it stated the replacement of airbags would take about two hours. I initially contacted the San Juan Isla Verde and they set up an appointment when they had the parts. I was informed that I needed to leave the car overnight because "only in Germany can they get it done that fast". I left the car early in the morning, got a hotel, and the following day was told they could not do the recall replacement because they did not have the parts. Totally wasted our time and did not even bother calling us the same day to tell us. A few months later I attempted the same ordeal but with the Mayaguez Mercedes dealer. An appointment was set up and they checked with the service to make sure the replacement parts were ready. I gave them the car at 0800 and received it at 1000 with all work completed and they even cleaned up the vehicle nicely. Very professional work. Moral of the story: I will never set foot in Isla Verde San Juan again and when I buy a new Mercedes it will be in Isla Verde Mayaguez.

Horrible !!!! Took our 2018 to get checked because...

Horrible !!!! Took our 2018 to get checked because it just would not turn on. I mentioned several time that the airbag was flashing on the passenger side.
After seven months!!!! They found it was just a cable unde the passengers sit!!!
Once we went to pick up it has been crash in the front and back!!!!!!
Not once did the owner or the head manager came to ya or reached out to us in anyway.
Customer service is horrible!!!! They make you feel like you re driving a cheap car! I have friends who have experienced the same treatment.
This is not the way a business is ran!!!
When one buys a Mercedes Benz you are buying an experience and luxury.
Here they do not offer any breakfast items like in order Mercedez dealership. They do not offer you not even a drink of water!!
Be careful if you bring your Mercedes from USA they will refuse to cover all your warranties and you would have fight and get corporate involved all the time!!!

We came in with a 2017 E300 for maintenance a few months ago. The people are very polite and friendly and our experience was pretty good. Although, I have a suggestion: For most dealerships, the experience on getting your car serviced is pretty boring. You have to wait a couple hours to get your car ready. It would be cool if you guys added some things like a coffee shop for example to make the experience on taking your car to service much more pleasant. After all, it's a Mercedes-Benz dealership. You're supposed to expect luxury service.

This message is addressed to the Garage Isla Verde Management. My experience with the service department when I bought my first Mercedes made the difference for me to remain a loyal customer. The professional attention of the service advisors such as Carlos Boria, Johanna and Carla Colon have given me the confidence to support the Brand. And the professional attention of Mr. Reynaldo Ayala gives me the confidence that my vehicle is in good hands. I congratulate Garage Isla Verde for such an excellent team. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be your customer.

I can't say the same about your sales area, my experience with salespeople is only selling the car and the service is over. In that line they must improve. I am a customer who married me to care. It saddens me that for my next business I have to find a new salesperson since salespeople don't have a relationship with their customers.

In my case, I have bought him three vehicles and I recommended my daughter to shop at Garage Isla Verde and she bought.

With this I say, that if the seller does not know how to relate to his client, he will not have that client again. All for the lack of attention. For me, the seller must always go the extra mile without expecting anything to change, because what he will be doing is creating a relationship with his client that can last.
