This message is addressed to the Garage Isla Verde Management. My experience with the service department when I bought my first Mercedes made the difference for me to remain a loyal customer. The professional attention of the service advisors such as Carlos Boria, Johanna and Carla Colon have given me the confidence to support the Brand. And the professional attention of Mr. Reynaldo Ayala gives me the confidence that my vehicle is in good hands. I congratulate Garage Isla Verde for such an excellent team. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be your customer.

I can't say the same about your sales area, my experience with salespeople is only selling the car and the service is over. In that line they must improve. I am a customer who married me to care. It saddens me that for my next business I have to find a new salesperson since salespeople don't have a relationship with their customers.

In my case, I have bought him three vehicles and I recommended my daughter to shop at Garage Isla Verde and she bought.

With this I say, that if the seller does not know how to relate to his client, he will not have that client again. All for the lack of attention. For me, the seller must always go the extra mile without expecting anything to change, because what he will be doing is creating a relationship with his client that can last.
