Unfortunately there is a lack of customer service and customer satisfaction by the company for the pricey car which was purchased. The vehicle, less than 8 months old with only 12,000 miles, needs new tires. This is my third trip to the service department regarding the tires and the response is the same. It is not their responsibility even though the pricey car supposedly has 5 year bumper to bumper service. Spoke with management regarding our dissatisfaction and got the same response. She is unable, or in my impression, unwilling to resolve the situation to keep a happy customer. So beware of the free wine and cheese before purchase and the free coffee and cookies during servicing, they come with a hefty price. DO NOT PURCHASE MERCEDES buy a Hyundai instead. You get a better car for the price and better service. This car is falling under the Lemon Act, and how many more are there??? BEWARE
