Very bad customer service!

Very bad customer service!
Went there yesterday with my husband, we applied to get a lease. We were very clear with to the sales man (Derrick)to please call us if we were approved or not! Because we couldn t wait. Never got any call. We even called him a few times leave a voice mail. And no response! That s not the way to deal with customers!

Ellen is a great service advisor and very attentive to the time issues that I have. Always willing to help me in anyway and keeps me up to date on the service schedules for my car. She is definitely an asset to MBofTampa.

Fantastic service experience.

Bring between Mercedes Benz of Tampa and Fields Motorcars in Lakeland, I have used both dealerships for service.

There is some me comparison between dealerships. Mercedes if Tampa communicated the status of my vehicle's service without me having to constantly call. The service was dinner in the time promised, and as the service would take longer than I had to wait, I was provided with a new Mercedes.

If you or a Mercedes and have the ability to use Mercedes if Tampa for service, it is worth it.

Bob made sure he stayed in constant contact with me concerning my car and reassured me everything would be done within a reasonable time and it was.

Having purchased tens of vehicles over my lifetime, my most recent purchase, the first with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, was clearly the most enjoyable. All of the people I dealt with were an absolute delight. And I think I got a great deal. I will definitely be a repeat customer. And, I will tell all my friends about the dealership.

I cannot begin to say how please my experience has been working with Bob Net and Ellen. Right from the very first they both treated me as if I was a priority.

I have worked with several other dealerships in the California area prior to moving to Florida. But never had service as good as I'm presently experiencing with Bob Net. He has kept me informed every step of the way in handling the repairs need for my vehicle an has made a very challenging and scary experience in reference to the cost of repairs to my car. Easy as a walk in the park.

Cannot say enough good things about these two consummate professional. If you own a Mercedes-Benz. ONLY GO TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF TAMPA. You will LOVE THE EXPERIENCE. Trust me on this. Nothing like it on the West or East Coast.

If i could click 10 stars i would for my service advisor BOB NET !!! He is simply the BEST !!! I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz now for 3 years, and i honestly enjoy getting my car serviced there. They are very accommodating, organized, timely and extremely friendly. If i am ever in a situation when a light goes on unexpectedly, or i have any questions about my car ..... i have been able to run in and BOB NET is always
there with a smile, patience and kindness, to answer any of my questions. Thank you Bob !!!

Absolutely first class service! From my initial enquiry to delivery of my car yesterday, the salesman Aaron was a brilliant help right through the process. I bought the car from the UK and he was so helpful with videos/pics etc and great communication, he couldn t have been more professional or helpful and I ve got to say it s the best service I have ever received. Excellent communication and service. The thing that I find most irritating about taking my car for service is a lack of communication during the process. I may see my car in a half hour, it may take four hours, usually I'm stuck just waiting and steaming. Mercedes in Tampa is different. They checked me in, told me how busy they were, told me within 30 minutes how long my service would take, even checked in with me twice while I was waiting in a well-appointed waiting room. The time didn't fly, but my time was respected and that is what separates Mercedes from other dealers. Well organized and efficient service is hard to find. These guys are practicing it.

Michael Nikovich has been my service represenitive since we moved back to Tampa in 2017. He is excellent in customer relations and in communicating the areas of service needs of my car and keeping the customer informed in the process of the work on my car, . He has even given me a number ro text if I have questions while I m waiting . Hopefully , Mike will be there in the years I intend to drive a Mercedes. My wife and I are shopping for a very specific Sprinter, we stopped in to Mercedes of Wesley Chapel as our first store, the salesman was fantastic however it was not the van we were looking for but it would have done the job. Began to talk numbers, this is where it went sour real quick. The sales manager said we are no where near a realistic number and then just walked away from us. It was close to closing so maybe that had something to do with her poor and unprofessional behavior. BUT we decided to make the drive to Mercedes of Tampa, very glad we did! We had the pleasure of working with Mecca! Thank you for your professionalism and time! We hope to be back tomorrow to purchase from you! I did not tell her of our bad experience with wesley chapel til the end, she was honestly a delight to work with!

I just purchased my very first Mercedes Benz GLA 250 and I couldn t be happier it s my experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. Cary Jedlovec, my sales associate, went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted, with my specifications, and at great price. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a nice car and a great deal!!!

While my Mercedes C63 experience was less than stellar, Jaleel made service easy and enjoyable. Aftermarket performance for most makes can be had right along with normal service. Their Service and waiting area is the best and coffee drinks are spectacular! Gertrude is always welcome and enjoys attention. Picture of Roses in wastebasket next to Service Advisor desk has no explanation. Hm........

Always great service! This is my 6th purchase from them and will continue to return. Juan was fantastic and followed up with me through the sales process and to this day. Juan went above and beyond without being your average sales man. Dave Z at service is always available when needed and always provides great customer service!!

Horrible customer service!! Not only did I have trouble getting someone over the phone after several transfers and holds, which caused me to actually go to the dealership, but today I was in for service and there was also a lack of communication. I had a 9am appointment to replace driverside window tint. I end up leaving at 1230, 3 and a half hours later. All because they didnt have the tint and the car was just sitting there. There was no communication nor customer service. They lost a potential buyer for the near future and I will definitely not be going back to this terrible place I consider a joke.

Eric Gonzalez, my service consultant, an extremely personable young man, was very helpful in not only explaining what work needed to be done on my car but also in reassuring me that it would be completed in a very timely fashion without any unexpected surprises. Suffice it to say everything went smoothly as he said it would and I'm very pleased !

I hate purchasing vehicles, and approached this experience with great trepidation. We had a limited budget, but needed a reliable, pre-owned vehicle to replace a car that had recently "died" on us. The staff was so nice, understanding, and transparent throughout the process. We were treated as true "Mercedes class" customers! Luis Garcia was the best!

I have a SmartCar and they have been amazing with servicing it! I've worked with Jaden as service rep - she's super helpful and amazingly seems to always be accessible via text, I think even on her days off !
A weird light goes off on the dashboard? Send a quick text. It's taken care of. Recently had a tire blow out on a Friday night -- obvi put a bit of a damper on the evening -- but I sent a quick text to Jaden and even on a Friday night within minutes she had the wheels set in motion to get it towed in, looked at, and fixed. My SmartCar is my baby so I'm very grateful for all that she and the rest of the service team do!

Ellen is phenomenal. Her team (Rick and Stephen) and her experience are by far the only reason I stay with MBOT. She's one of the few people from the days when MB used to be about excellence and not the churn and burn of today. The caring and dedication to her customers is unfounded nowadays and it's a breathe of fresh air to be reminded of Mercedes used to be about. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with other advisors from time to time on different vehicles and it's worse than Honda or Chevy service. It's like a box of chocolates as Forrest would say...

Honestly the day she retires or decides to do fun things during the day, is the day I stop coming to MBOT for service of all my vehicles.

Great experience from start to finish with Julie B the internet sales manager. She was very quick to respond and was pleasure to work with. I love the vehicle I purchased as well as the great price we agreed on. Never felt pressured and really got an awesome deal. Thank you so much! Jerry in finance was also very nice and friendly. Will be sure to come back again when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

Luv this dealership! I am always welcomed with smiles. Stephen King in service is an excellent service adviser. He always goes the extra mile for us! I absolutely love our Mercedes cars and would never drive anything else. Of course a Mercedes Benz in itself is awesome and I love our cars but it s the great service from Stephen King that we get every time we visit @ MB of Tampa that keeps us coming back.

I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago from MB of WC. My sales experience with Howard was great. However, I am unable to say the same about the service department. The service department does not align nor stand for the luxury brand at ALL! Very unresponsive, not eager to service customers, and generally unpleasant to deal with. You can never get anyone on the phone. As a result, I have my vehicle serviced by MB of Tampa. My favorite service provider is Ms. Jaden. She responds promptly and goes above beyond to service your needs. When someone broke into my vehicle I needed my window repaired and although, MB of Wesley Chapel is closer, I could not get anyone on the line. Jaden with Mb of Tampa arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and provided a loaner for the same day. I was super pleased being in the middle of a pandemic and she exceeded my expectations. Fast forward, my vehicles engine light came on and of course I wasted time calling MB of WC as they would not arrange to pick my vehicle up but of course Jaden with MB of Tampa was able to get my vehicle in the same day, loaner provided and my vehicle was fixed by next the day. She exceeds my expectations every time and has excellent customer service and communication skills. As long as she is with MB of Tampa, I will forever have my car services handled by her. Thanks Jaden for always providing me the luxury world class experience!

My husband and I would like to say "Thank You" for another great service experience with Merceds-Benz Of Tampa. The professionalism started once approaching the drop off area. Our service advisor, Mike Nankovitch is very thorough and professional to insure all issues and concerns about our SUV were addressed. As always, the service department was on target with finding and repairing the issues and Service "D". Our SUV has age and miles but she is purring like new again. Kudos!

My sales rep Antonio M. was very professional and fun to work with. Jaden the delivery rep was super helpful and informative. I am enjoying my new car and would highly recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes to come to Mercedes of Tampa Bay.

I am a "No Nonsense" kind of guy. I like to get to the point and move on. Kevin was professional and worked well with me to get the deal done at a reasonable price. He even threw in the big bow to surprise my wife on Christmas morning. There was no 'haggling' and he did not pressure me in any way. We negotiated the price, did the paperwork, scheduled pick up, closed the sale. DONE! He even took care a minor problem with one of rims before I pick up the GL. No problem. I highly recommend dealing with Kevin.

Stopped by recently for a scheduled maintenance and Jason took great care of me. There was an emergency alert that I could not get to stop beeping. I took my car to another Mercedes dealership and the service person said they took care of it, but they did not. Jason took care of it as well as some scratches I got on my car from a giraffe at a safari park :) I had recently visited. I'll be back!

I'm a Mercedes Girl 4Life. I've had my Benz for 4 years now. The service and dealership have been impeccable. I am in the market for a new vehicle, and I am working with Mr. Vito Bosco. I really enjoy working with him - he has maintained good communication and attention to detail, and making sure that I continue to be a satisfied customer! I went to the dealership in search of a Yellow (yummy) Benz, which they didn't have in their inventory, but Mr. Vito searched the nationwide inventory, found one in Texas, and it is being shipped here. That's what I call above and beyond! Thank you, Mr. Bosco! As their slogan says..."Mercedes Benz...the Best or nothing."
